I love dogs but was apprehensive about this experience...quickly realised it is simply awesome!! We did a 1 hr dog sled, 1hr or so with dogs and a Sami meal. From your arrival with the sensory overload of 300 excited howling dogs you know you're in for a good time!! The actual ride is thrilling, knowledgeable mushers explain the dogs... More

My friends and I had an amazing time at the Villmarkssenter. We did the overnight trip and had a blast staying in the huts and sharing laughs around the campfire and hot tub. The meals that were provided were admittedly not the best, however that's not the reason we visited anyway. All of the dogs were extremely friendly and the... More

This Wilderness parc is very nice, we had the problem it was a rainy day. But the dogs are very pleasant and you can play the puppies.

This was a great (summer) experience! The center has about 300 huskies, all in a big pasture that you can walk through and pet all the friendly dogs. They sit atop their dog houses, and are waiting for the cold winter season to get busy again. There are several puppy enclosures that you can go inside to pick up and... More

We had a wonderful time helping train the sled dog pups here. We booked the morning "Puppy Training Session," which turned out to be more thorough and longer than expected--which was great! Becky was our English speaking guide and she did a super job explaining how the dogs are trained and showing us what to do. We got to feed/play/train... More

A lovely place to visit, with lots of friendly huskies! There are several activities available at the Villmarkssenter. We chose Puppy Training and spent about 3 and half hours there. There were many ages of puppies which we could handle and pet, as well as huge numbers of adult huskies that we could pet if we wanted (we did, they... More

We went for a daytime dogsled experience. Everything was well organised from the hotel pick-up right through to the drop-off at the end. There was a great atmosphere, the scenery was beautiful and the dogsled experience was fantastic. There was a short tour at the end which was informative followed by a lunch. A great day out!

I was a little unsure of booking a dog-sledding excursion as friends who had gone with a different company said it was very hard work and a bit frightening. However, they had gone on an evening excursion, they had only one guide with them, and they had been expected to drive the sled themselves without help. At Villmarkssenter, there was... More

This was soooo great. The long track with the nicest alaska siberian huskies. We took the evening dogsledding, it was great. But I think if we took in the afternoon, it would be perfect. Because I couldn't see the surrounding view in the evening *so dark.. I want it moooore!!!
