It is amasing to visit in nice days rondane NP, all is here, wild rivers, high mountains and deep forests, some place are other with churches hyttas and snow patches. Many geolocalities, vista points, etc. Wonderfull nature. From people you can ask coffee and some times infos, because services are little bit delimited, thats the right word... Explore this wild... Having only driven past on previous occasions, September of 2012 found me on a full day hike on a mountain road in the Rondane mountain range. Skiing in the Rondane National park and the Høvringen area is as adventurous as you want to make it. We did it the easy way with lodging and meals at a private fully staffed mountain lodge.
