Our experience here was fantastic, so I am surprised to see some of the recent reviews. We did not have a booking and the restaurant was fully booked, however the staff were extremely helpful and managed to fit us in. Our waiter was great and the maitre d' was wonderful and kept checking in on us.
Our food was awesome...

The Aux Gazelles Hammam seems to believe that being unique is enough for being in business. Their treatment of customers is below acceptable levels for the money they ask for. If I look for a spa in the future, I'd rather take the time and go to places nearby Vienna than setting a foot into Aux Gazelles anymore.

I don't even know where to begin with this one. All I can say is spend your money elsewhere. The food is mediocre, the service slow, and if you go for dinner, they'll charge you a cover charge, even if you don't go into the bar.

I went to the hammam for the full 90 euro package to reward myself after a conference presentation the day before :-). I wasn't sure what to expect and I tried to email to book but got no reply. I decided just to call in a couple of days before and book directly but I think you probably call in...
