The park is nice and quiet for relaxation and strolling with a picnic. One can join this visit with visiting the Donau Tower. 50% of Vienna are green areas which are well maintained and are enjoyable during weekends and holidays.

Not every one outside vienna know this park. Because that the park is quit. A real green point at the side of the city. The mini bun train is must have thing to do and it cost 4 euro. buy the combaine ticket with the danub tower and and it will cost only 8 euro .

This is a great park to chill out. It has all kinds of corners for everyone, from kids to adults. On weekdays you will find lots of people exercising in there. It is a favorite place for UN staff as it is very close to the UN complex.

It's a lovely place to have a long or short walk, on foot or by bike. Don't miss the swans, wild ducks and geese. In spring it's full of blossoming trees and smells divine.

There we took the liliputbahn (kids train) that travels the park, with a possibilty to hop on and off at the... More
