An extraordinarily large green space where you can walk, run, or just relax in peace underneath the numerous shaded areas. It is well maintained and has facilities for various sports.

The park is fairly large and is great for a quiet stroll. I went in the evening and there were still people there but it was calm and quiet.

Near the United Nations complex, we approached it from the wrong direction. Once we found a way in, we enjoyed the ponds, the cascading fountain, the open spaces, etc.

This green park covers a large area and offers a variety of activities for families, active people and those looking to chill out. I was impressed by the free tennis courts and rebound wall, table tennis tables (pack a net with your gear) and the wide paved paths that crisscrossed the park - useful for cyclists, runners, walkers and rollerbladers.... Large park with lake, water features, miniature railway, refreshments, formal gardens and children's play area. It also features the 252 meter Donauturm Tower, which we were too early for so did not visit. You can get there by taking the U-Bahn U1 to Alte Donau, turning right as you exit the station and walking a short distance. Well worth a... More

Green, nice and clean. It is a perfect place for a picnic, walk, jog and to even relax amongst nature. The Danube tower is walking distance from the park.

We visited the park when we went to the Donauturm(which is an amazing alternative to the Ferris Wheel). The park is vast, full of paths, benches, statues, meadows and places to rest and sight see. You can cross it in about half an hour or so with a slightly faster paste. From the park you have a lovely view of... More

As far as I'm concerned- the best park in Vienna. It's not in the center of town, but conviniently accessible by public transportation. It's huge, you can use the mini train that goes around. On a mid-week morning it was quiet: some boys playing soccer, some smaller children at the playground, people jogging, others reading. As it was June the... More

Great park for all seasons. Enjoy summer games and spring flowers around the park. Great places for children to run around and cool playground. Donoutrum is also at the same location. Just chill around
