I was there in January, 2013 on my field trips. It was in a snowy day and really cold. The whole scenic landscape appeared in my eyes was fantastic and amazing. I had never seen it before. I walked around and took many pictures.

This is an amazing park, the only bigger one I have seen was Versailles. The biggest difference is this one is free to the public only the palace, zoo, and carrage museum have a charge

This is such a great place to visit, walk around and take many pictures - it is open to the public and no fee to pay to see the gardens, you pay only to visit the museum, there is also a possibility to take a bus and arrive from the top the famous Gloriette and walk down to the gardens... More

One of the baroque gardens in Vienna close to the former imperial summer residence of Schoenbrunn with two major fountains. Unfortunately parts of the garden can only be visited with a pretty steep fee. The small Belvedere is not accessible at all.

Great park, even in the fall on a sunny day. We enjoyed our walk in the park, heard the lions of the zoo and even saw them a little bit on their hill laying in the sun. The palmhaus is also very nice. We climbed till the Gloriette, where we had a lovely view of the city and the palace.... More

It was walking distance from our hotel so we went....and wow! that's so beautiful park. So many people walk through the park to go to the other side of town. There is a small museum inside (you pay a little fee) its worth seeing the exhibits, really beautiful and impressive. If you don't want to visit the small museum, just... More

This is a very well preserved palace describing the history of the Austrian royal family. The gardens are beautiful, we did wonder why there were some false Roman ruins in there but that's part of the history right?!

The "garden" fills almost one square mile and I, of course, did not see it all. A formal garden surrounded by formal woods. There is a maze, a zoo and a "wild" area. This is the kind of place you can imagine people strolling in years past. Absolutely stunning.
