I cannot believe I paid 39 euro for a 3 hr tour...most of which was "on" the bus and we had to race through the crowded palace of Schönbrunn, had only a few minutes of souvenir shopping and had to run to the bus. To begin with I was told to be outside my hotel for pickup at 9am...at about... More

To whom it may concern. I am very sorry that your impression was quite different to what you expected. The pick up time cannot be always at the same time due to traffic as we pick up from all hotels and pensions in Vienna. You probably expected more time at each venue. Most of the clients do not wish a... More

We decided to take the Vienna bus tour as opposed to the hop-on-hop-off tour due to the negative reviews of the latter tour. Overall, this tour was good. The tour guide, Ingrid, was excellent, informative, funny and organized. However, we anticipated that we would be getting out of the bus more frequently and this was not the case. You get... More

If you go to New York or London, the bus tours are a must. I would not say the same for the Vienna bus tour. Vienna is a really clean city with lovely people, but the fact of the matter is that Vienna is just not that big. You can pretty much walk wherever you need to go. Once you... More

To whom it may concern. We are very sorry that you had such an impression but would like to point out that you would never receive such competent and extensive information on any other tour about Vienna than ours. We are working on a new ear phone system. Best regards from Vienna. Franz Zwölfer More

Perhaps we were lucky but we had a good experience of the Hop on, Hop off bus. We arrived by Twin City Liner about midday and then got on the red route stop over the road 20 euro 24 hour ticket. We did the red route tour and later in the afternoon did the blue route tour. The blue tour... More

Dear Chris, Your are rigth - we also were not very happy with the celebrations on 1st of May because of delays etc. although we added 2 buses. When ever you are in Vienna again we would like to invite you to our HOP ON HOP OFF that you can see how smoothly the operation usually (without celebrations) is. Best... More

While staying in Bratislava, we took a day trip to Vienna. On our arrival at the first stop of the tour (outside the opera house) at around 11.45, there were 3 large queues. An older gentleman served us and seemed more intent on grabbing our money than actually serving us - he was holding conversations with 3 parties at the... More

1st May is due to the celebrations on that day not so easy to handle. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused to you due to that reason. May we offer you free tickets when you are planning a trip to Vienna again as a little token of compensation? Best regards from Vienna. Franz Zwölfer Manager More

I have tried hop on hop off buses in other cities and find them a great way to get around so this time, I took the Vienna 2 day tour for 27 EUR. On the first day, I did the Red Circuit (city tour), buses were always late and crowded. Completely oversold, we had to wait for more than 45... More

Dear Carla, We are extremly sorry that the buses had such a delay. The traffic on that particular day was so heave - although we used 2 additional buses but still had delays. Please send us your taxi bill. We will of course reimburse the same amount. Best regards from Vienna. Franz Zwölfer Manager More

We took the 1 day tour for 20 euros but was unable to finish all 3 lines. Recommend the 2 days ticket for 27 euros. Overall it was good, the staff are quite polite and the bus is comfortable. Only the earphones are reused which is a little unhygienic. More

I booked a bike tour with Vienna Explorer that was cancelled the night before my arrival. So I found Vienna Sightseeing at the last minute. What I liked: They were on time at Opera State House to pick us up. Ride was comfortable. What I didn't like: It was a very superficial tour. You get on the bus, ride one... More

Dear Alex, I assume your expectation was quite different to that what the competitor is offering. It is completely different and not comparing with each other. For our Danube Valley Toure usually receive very good comments and are not very happy to receive even one negative like yours. We never mention (website or brochure) that lunch is included. Anyway may... More

It wasn't in sync with where we were most of the time. It was convenient for me to see a big chunck of Vienna in a short period of time. Seemed abit Slap dash. Not the best for the price :( More
