We are middle aged people of average fitness so were keen to rent e-bikes but were anxious about the kind of terrain, distances etc. we had the best day out! We were looked after fairly well on picking up our bikes (had to ask for a padlock) and I got a super- low saddle to suit my stature, which matters... More

I rented a couple of mountain bikes from Element3. I asked if they had a bike trailer, so I could tow my young daughter. Although they didn't have one in stock (instead they stock bike seats which most customers prefer), a staff member lent his own to me, making an extra trip home to fetch it. When we arrived at... Hired mountain bikes in June from element 3 which in the summer offers various activities. The bikes were brand new and they had a wide variety and all well serviced. Tom the manager was really helpful and gave us some ideas on where to go. Would definitely use again.

Great pilots for paragliding, very safety conscious. Had never done this before, it was awesome! Took from top of Hahnenkamm and views over Kitzbuhel are amazing.

We were three beginners, two in our mid-forties and our 7 year old son. James, our fantastic insructor, had us successfully negotiating a black run in 5 days. We had a great time and can't thank Element3 and James enough. We recommend them to anyone coming to Kitz.

I visited Kitz for a week in March in an attempt to regain my confidence in skiing. My husband is an experienced and very confident boarder. I went for an initial private lesson for two hours and have to say the most enjoyable two hours skiing for a long time!! I would like to thank Robert for his patience and... More

Trying to ski at least a week a year, and not having our own skis, we have naturally experienced a large numer of ski rental places in France, Italy and Austria. Most of them very competent, some not necessarily so. Element 3 in Kitzbuehel (where we have just spent a 5-day skiing holiday, our first visit there) was an entirely... More

We used the smaller shop close to the ski lift for our ski & boot hire…Thomas & Paul couldn't have been more helpful. Can't thank or recommend them enough. Heres to next year!
