It was my first skiing experience so I had no idea what to expect. As we were a group, the organisation requested a Dutch speaking instructor so everybody would fully understand everything (and I've heard Element3 has other instructors who speak German, English of course, French, Italian,... It's worth asking when booking). We had Jaroen Pieters and it was a... More

Once again a huge thank-you Tom and Paul at element 3 for ski hire Kitzbuhel, the quality and choice of equipment is far superior than others on offer, and great value for money. Within 15 min we were in and out and walking up to the lift. Customer service was excellent and highly recommended. We have been skiing for many... More

Tom and Paul run the Element3 shop close to the Kitzbuhel gondola. These guys are the most professional I've seen at customer service. No fuss, no ripoff, just awesome "bendover backwards" help and plenty of useful local advice for us visitors.

This was my second time skiing, my partners and a mate's first time skiing. This was the best experience a beginner could hope to have. First things first - Tom in the Element3 ski hire shop opposite the main ski lift in Kitzbuhel is a tourist attraction himself. He is friendly and genuinely interested in helping all customers that come... More

A huge thanks to the wonderful Tom and Paul in the ski hire shops for their advice, friendliness, and enthusiastic help in finding the right equipment for us. I can't imagine there is a better service in the area.

My wife and 7 year old son had several lessons with George, one of the Element3 instructors. They both experienced a vast improvement in their skiing ability and enjoyment of the slopes due to George's proactive and thorough approach. Thanks so much and we hope to be back later in the season. Best rgds, Milena, Alec and Scott

Element3 is the best ski/snowboard school in Kitzbuhal, Austria by a large margin. We've tried the others, been customer for over five years and never had a bad experience. Just the opposite in fact - the instructors are well vetted, experienced and fun. Our kids, now ages 6 and 8 have been with Element3 for three weeks every year since... More

The cycle paths around Kitzbuhel are clearly marked and easily followed, this matched with reliable E bikes hired from the very helpful Element3 team made for a day of great fun. Well worth trying if you get the opportunity.

I would highly recommend this company, Element 3 - especially Isabel - for company but also private/family experiences. At Avid, we recently organsied a team event which was really very good. A trip to a local bio / eco farmer, cheese and schnaps maker, then a lovely ride with Franz in his horse drawn coach along the Roman way (Römerweg)... More

I enjoyed an excellent two weeks in Kitzbuhel with my wife, intending to walk every day as on previous holidays in Lech and Alpbach. I did however hire one of their road bikes, on three days, and thoroughly enjoyed cycling in the area and was delighted with the service from Thomas and Christoph. The Trek 2.1 Madone road bikes are... More
