The cycle paths around Kitzbuhel are clearly marked and easily followed, this matched with reliable E bikes hired from the very helpful Element3 team made for a day of great fun. Well worth trying if you get the opportunity.

I would highly recommend this company, Element 3 - especially Isabel - for company but also private/family experiences. At Avid, we recently organsied a team event which was really very good. A trip to a local bio / eco farmer, cheese and schnaps maker, then a lovely ride with Franz in his horse drawn coach along the Roman way (Römerweg)... More

I enjoyed an excellent two weeks in Kitzbuhel with my wife, intending to walk every day as on previous holidays in Lech and Alpbach. I did however hire one of their road bikes, on three days, and thoroughly enjoyed cycling in the area and was delighted with the service from Thomas and Christoph. The Trek 2.1 Madone road bikes are... More

I find myself having to write a review on Tripadvisor to congratulate Element 3 on providing us with another outstanding skiing instructor and to put my faith back into ski schools as we had in the past booked two family ski holidays to Hinterglemm and had had a truly dreadful experience both times due to the local ski school there... We had a lovely time in Kitz, and Thomas just made it smooth from the rental side. He serviced and took a good care if our skies. He gave us excellent and very friendly service, answered all our questions with lots of patience. I will definitely recommend the rental for my friends. Ask for Tom!! :)

Great service, support and banter by Tom in opposite the Hahnenkamm bus station. He did a fantastic job looking after many of my skiers with quality skis and equipment. Also had a small ski service (edges and wax) which was badly needed and fine. Looking forward to meeting again soon. Thank you. Dave Davenport (Ski Club of Great Britain resort... More

Picked this place because the positive reviews. Was a bit disappointed. Material was ok with the ski boots having had their best days. Service was fine but not what other reviews tried to make out.

The team at element 3 is very helpful and friendly. They are located right across from the gondola. They were also happy to give me a refund when I decided to forego my final day of skiing. Also, if you're staying at Q! Hotel Maria Theresia, you should get a ski locker and -20% on rentals.

Really well looked after by Thomas and Bill, quality equipment and at only 50 metres from the gondola, just a short walk in ski boots. Excellent banter and no waiting to be served. Keep it up guys.

Visiting Kitzbuhel from the states I didn't want to bring my skis with me, so I rented equipment from Element3. The skis were great, the rental process was easy, and the guys were super helpful with adjustments and tips that I needed throughout the week. (And they were cute too!) Definitely recommend!
