Highly recommend this shop- friendly English manager so helpful, good advice, excellent ski hire- offered to store skis overnight and our own boots. Great skis treated all customers in the same manner- would definitely use this shop again. Same company in a bigger shop around the corner- good range of clothes

We had a great time and great skitrip! The ski school instructors showed us the best places to ski and eat! We were a whole group of 16 and they managed to make us all have a great and unforgettable time! Tom and Graham were our instructors, very nice guys!!

Thomas and Paul looked after us admirably during our visit to Kitzbuhel this week. We were shopping around for the best value ski hire and their superb attention to detail would definitely warrant a revisit. The shop is a few minutes away from the Hannenkamm gondola so the location couldn't be better. Our boots were kept snug and warm and... More

Despite there not being much snow my tutor Alex, was very patient and professional . He took me back to basics and at the end of the... More

We visited with our two small kids and with a last minute booking. Everybody were really helpfull, provided solutions for anything we need and the level of professionalism was extremelly high. Our kids were very happy and the teachers really nice. We recommend element3 without any reservation.

My daughter is a beginner and I have skied a few times but I am not very good, we took an instructor two mornings, both were excellent and taught us stuff we did not know previously and helped to improve our skiing. Marius and Olly were their names and I can certainly recommend them for beginners, they had patience and... More

As a family of five, we greatly enjoyed the excellent, friendly and enthusiastic service of Thomas and Paul at Element3. The skiing equipment was of great quality and the staff is very flexible to your wishes and highly professional.
