The show was transferred from the Sternbrau the evening we went to see it, but they gave us a free taxi ride to the new venue - which was closer to our apartment than the Sternbrau. The show took place in the basement/cellar of the KK restaurant. There were 4 singers of various nationalities who all performed with enthusiasm, especially... More

The price (€52) does not in any way match what you get. The singers do their best in a too small and hot room, but the food is the worst we've ever had.

If you love the Sound of Music, and came to Salzburg to do the Sound of Music bus tour, be sure to do the Dinner and show afterwards. I had a blast. The singers are very talented, and the cabaret-like performance ensures full audience participation. Panorama Tours offers a discount if you do both the bus tour and the Dinner... More

Salzberg in Austria is a music city. Here a group of well trained artists in European classical music performs for you. The show also offers dinner. The music is mainly classical along with some folk songs. For an Indian it gives a sense of western classical music. Good entertainment

The dinner was very good, with a choice of either chicken or pork. The show was terrific with music from The Sound of Music, Mozart and more. The venue was very intimate and the performers interacted with the audience and encouraged us to join in the singing. We had a wonderful time and it was certainly worth the money, especially... I'm sorry. I paid over €70 a person for my family of four to watch what turned out to be no better than something you would see on a cruise ship. Look, I'm not saying the performance was bad. I'm not even saying the singing was bad. But it was just plain average. All the songs from the Sound of... More

We knew this would not be a full Sound of Music performance but rather a combination of songs from the musical, Austrian folks songs and piano/vocal performances of Mozart. There were two female and two male singers whose voices were incredible. Opera trained and powerful. Small venue made for great acoustics. Food was so so. Would skip the dinner.

We visited on 14/07/2015 and had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, the background music was beautiful (the pianist was very talented!), and the show itself was very entertaining. It was pretty cheesy in parts but it was all good fun, we liked it that way! The singers sang beautifully, singing both serious and not-so-serious classical operettas and sound... More

This was sold to us as a Sound of Music Dinner and a show experience, firstly we were crammed in like cattle and the three course dinner was in danger of being thrown all over you in their rush to get you served and done by 8.30 for the show to start. Its in a small upstairs room with no... More

The show was OK, a little amateurish, but given the tiny stage, there was not a lot more they could do. Brilliant pianist accompanying 2men, 2 women. Food very ordinary, mass produced and flavourless.
