This sad absolutely amazing! I went here with my parents and brother in law, and we all loved it! The hall was beautiful, music was amazing and the performers were outstanding! Tickets to get in included a three course meal and the concert, but did not include the drinks. (Weren't too pricey, but I wouldn't ask for more then one... More

Although my kids are into classical music, this concert and dinner was too long for them so I'd recommend doing this activity if you don't have young children with you. Overall the music was great, it was in a beautiful hall, and the food was good. We didn't know that drinks were not included in our ticket price and were... More

If you want to hear live Mozart music while in his birthplace, Salzburg, Austria, there are a few options: the Hohensalzburg Fortress, a river cruise, or the Stiftskeller. We chose the Stiftskeller because it is the oldest operating restaurant in Europe (possibly the world), since 803 AD and because we wanted to hear arias (vocals) and it appeared the Fortress... More

Mozart night Our apartment host and the tourist info counter recommended it so we decided to go. After all we are in the city of Mozart and although we know nothing about opera and his music we decided to attend as (1) there's dinner (2) venue is the oldest restaurant in Europe (3) salzburg is pretty quiet in the evenings... We didn't reserve in advance and was able to buy tickets for six people at door. They have children price and the food is the same as adult. There were still empty tables. The music was good with a small chamber and a soprano and alto singers performing Mozart's operatic works. The food is not very special and drinks are... More

Just the right level of Mozart for an evening with good food. Close proximity to the excellent singers and musicians made for a very enjoyable evening

The candle lit setting was gorgeous, the music was wonderful being all Mozart. The food was nothing special & a bit overpriced, but the overall experience was delightful and worthwhile.

We signed up for dinner and a concert up in the fortress and it was the highlight of our stay in Salzburg. The restaurant food was quite good and the views were stunning. The price for 3 people for the package was very reasonable. The concert was excellent. We watched the sun set over the mountains, behind the musicians. Beautiful!

Originally, I thought we were not going to make it in time as we relied on our GPS. The address for booking is not where the dinner was located. So, after 30 minutes trying to find the place, some very nice people showed us the way. Once there, we were greeted by very nice people. Without being very wordy, I... More
