After visiting Minimundus which is close by, we decided to spend the time till the end of the sunset on the lake. Scenery is definetly breathtaking. You can have a lovely picnic there while enjoying the view of the powerful mountains.

Great scenery around the lake. Lovely lake with plenty of water sports and fun. There are specific areas for one to enjoy picnics, swim, rent a boat or enjoy some water fun.

Awesome strandbad on the banks of the Worthersee, swimming, sunbathing and good restaurants, huge lawned area with loads of shade. A must do in summer in Klagenfurt.

Great place for a nice fun swim. I enjoyed going there and relaxing on the beach. You can also cycle around the whole thing and it is quite nice.
