A lovely climb up the stairs to view over the city of Graz beside this gorgeous old clock tower. You can also wander along to the chinese rotunda & the star fort whilst on the hilltop & take the funicular down.

Uhrturm is a great place to visit. The clock tower is amazing and the views are exceptional down into the town of Graz. It's definitely worth a visit.

Walking up to the Uhrturm is a good work out. Once you are up there the view over the town and further valley is majestic. Several cafes and restaurants available at the top to chill and enjoy the view.

This whole thing is set on the top of a hill. If you are into hiking you can walk there. Otherwise there is a little tram that will take you there starting from 10:00am or so. The price is about 2 euros or something like that. There is the tower, the gardens, and I believe a 360 degree view of... More

Great view of the city and the clock tower which is the symbol of graz! The bell tower is up here as well, which you can here all through out graz at 7am, noon and 7pm. It ring 101 times, each time! There are many different things to see up here, it is situated in a beautiful park and you... More

Sadly you can't currently go up the Uhrturm itself but it is well worth the short but steep walk up from the old town for the spectacular views across the city it affords. It is Graz's enduring symbol and so it is a must for any visitor. It's also 100% free.

I visited Graz at May and the weather was just fine. It is definately a must go, because of the view and the natural beauty that you can find up there. You can go either by a teleferic, which I recommend, or by stairs, or by an elevator, where you can stop and see the cave that they have formed... More

We were there in December. Admittedly it was a bit brisk (for us Californians, it was downright cold) but it was worth every minute of it. The top was set up for Christmas shopping. Lot's of little booths with a variety of gift ideas. Also lots of booths with a great variety of foods to eat. The food was awesome.... More

You can climb to the top or take the lift, for cheap. The view from the top is worth the hike and there are places to explore at the top. There is a cute little restaurant at the top, with indoor and outside seating.

The Uhrturm is on the top of hill, very close to the castle, the building itself is beautiful, and I went on the spring when all the gardens where very green, and with lots of flowers! There was a guy playing some typical Austrian music that created a soundtrack for the view!!! You cannot enter in the tower.
