Linz is really a nice old-modern town, much history and good shops, with a great main square, i love this city...i think have a special "flair"...anyway...if somebody will come here "must" to take a break in "Caffè e Gelato Da Vinci" beautiful Coffee Bar ... Espresso... Cakes...Italian self-made ice-cream and Prosecco!!! A touch of good italian style. That's music!

In this huge town square Hitler addressed crowds of young Germans. Today it is a busy shopping center and we wandered around the Xmas market stalls. Kepler, Motzart and Bruckner, are some of the other famous people who probably enjoyed a piece of the equally famous Linzertorte. Although full of history Linz feels like a very busy metropolis. Lovely scenes as there's a lot of life here in the town square. Tourist information centers also found here.
