The gardeners were trimming the pine trees. Such care is taken in the garden to keep everything neat & tidy, a delight. The variety of 'bonzai' plants were impressive, the raked stone garden, the tea house, the stream running through

We have been here at the end of Apr'14. We are both Japanese speaking so Japanese style is quite familiar with us. Although, this garden is build in Europe but when you enter the garden, you will deeply 100% fall into the Japanese style with the perfect feature of every corner. We have used 2 hours just to walk around... More

Was nice to find this small but pleasant garden in the middle of the crowded city where space is a rare commodity. A little noisey due to the traffic and the echoes from the buildings, but still a clean well laid out garden.

Serine place in the center of town and worth the 10 minutes it takes to walk through. One of the stops on the tourist bus.

I had read about it, but did not expect it to be so nice! Near the entrance, there is a picture of Grace Kelly turning over the first shovel of dirt during some commemoration ceremony. The whole principality was their playground. But whatever spurred the desire to create this garden speaks volumes of the people that brought it to be.... More

I love Monaco, I have family who live there so it is nice to visit. I love the japanese Gardens, they are so well kept and so different from the modern Monaco itself. It is a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the scenery or to simply sit and read a book.

The Japanese Garden is beautiful. I could easily have spent a couple of hours there. Nicely maintained, not very busy (I did go during the week). It Is a nice relaxing place to unwind or just take a break.

It was refreshing to see something so exotic in a place as modern as Monaco. Everything is beautiful maintained and it's a wonderful place for an afternoon stroll.

The gardens were walkable from our hotel. The pathway around the gardens was like a walk into Japanese culture.

I stumbled across this beautiful garden. I was amazed that such an oasis exists in such a bustling city. It is worth a visit if you just want to catch your breath.
