If you really must say you were in Monaco then a stop by Casino Square should be on your checklist. But keep your expectations low. I do recommend a stop by the tourist office on the square as they can help guide you in the right direction.

Definitely worth visiting this area to see how the other half live. My 13 year old son loved all the expensive cars that surround the famous casino and enjoyed having his photos taken with them. Very expensive area with designer shops. The casino is worth a visit just to say you have been in there although they charge for you... More

When I first time visited in 2010 I thought what is this, hyped up location. nothing special. But now got used to it and the mirrors in the front lawn of the Casino, the RR and bentley are considered attraction, not really fond of these.

While a beautiful location in general. This area is full with the self-absorbed and people thriving to be seen. The casino buildings themselves are dramatic and interesting. Nice area for a walk about but, frankly, nothing special beyond the cars and bling wannabes.

This is a amazing city with amazing people. The casino is on the square and a very nice restaurant where you can sit and watch the activity that happens in the square

We were in Monaco on a cruise ship and enjoyed wandering around this area looking at all of the fancy cars and nice buildings. That's it really. Nice to walk around and see what's going on. We didn't go into the casino so can't say anything about that. Interesting little place to see how the other half live!!!

...just like Monaco itself. Unless, that is, cars, crowds and casinos are your bag, in which case, you'll love it. But it was a l-o-n-g time ago when 007 made Monte Carlo seem momentarily cool. The square heaves by day and and thrums by night under its own relentless micro-climate of consumerism and eye-poppingly stupid prices. The best time to... More

If you like gambling you will spend some time in the casino. If you are not a gambler, then this is nice to see, take some photos and then you move on. It is also interesting to look at some of the cars that drive by. Very nice.
