A Must See

You can't go to Monte Carlo without going to the Harbour. The boats are to die for. There are lots of places to sit and eat and just survey and people watch.

Now I will be flamed, but honestly how can I review a place that is a forbidden area? The unwashed masses are not allowed to enter, and the yachts present are big and ugly. The bigger the better seems to be the trend. We wanted to have coffee and cakes, and maybe wine and a salad, and was prepared to... More

You can go to the Harbour during the day for a walk, enjoy the views and look at boats bigger than your house. Then you can go back at night for the bars, most of them with terraces. It really is the place where most of the life is happening!

I love Monte Carlo, I have many happy memories there. The harbor area is very nice and has clear blue water. It's a great place to dine or go for a day or evening stroll, when the sun is going down it is very romantic.

The thought of the money floating on water, is nearly unimaginable. What a life. Besides that the view, the area is just cozy and beautiful.

We visited here in October 2013. We were staying in a hotel right on the harbour and it was wonderful to walk around looking at the variety of boats, talking to the caretakers on board and see how peaceful and serene the setting is. What a contrast of boats from 4 tiered boats with heliport to canoes, visiting liners to... More

This place oozes cash! So much money to be seen everywhere. Million Euro yachts, designer shops and people dripping in diamonds. Borderline tacky but I love it!

I have cruise trip, and of the stop was Monte Carlo. I could not help to notice that Monte Carlo is a small beautiful city, yet very luxury. The city is very well manage and also exclusive. We make a trip by foot around the city and finish it in 6 hours. My favorite place was the church where Grace... More

Just in short - just go there, it's worth every minute to just enjoy and intake all the impression of the overloaded luxury. Elegance, style and posh - you name it. But go here with stile. You will like it.
