Gorgeous Monte Carlo, located on the hills with stunning views, great restaurants with mouth watering French food. Visit Grimaldi's palace (partly opened for tourists in certain times of the day). A Harbour and Monte Carlo yacht club are a must see, so it is the Monte Carlo Aquarium.

Absolutely gorgeous. If you want to go to the Casino, it's Formal Dress and you need to show you have money and are there to gamble, no tourists inside the casino. Walk around the harbor, go to the Church where Princess Grace and Prince Ranier are buried. Then up to the Parliament for the changing of the guard. This was... More

Walking down from the Place du Palais to the harbour gives a great view of the whole place. Its amazing to see the yachts of the ultra rich, some have a helipad with helicopter on top! Be sure to snap lots of photos!

Having entered Monte Carlo via a cruise ship, I can honestly say it was the best introduction to the area. Magnificent; suave; sophisticated...they don't come close. To walk amongst million pound 'boats' and witness the glamour is a fabulous experience. Highly recommended.

F1 weekend & very busy. It's lovely to walk around the harbour looking at the gorgeous boats. The water is very clear. The shopping area with restaurants is very close. If you're in Monaco you must take a walk around the harbour & Marina.

We docked here last Friday and loved the harbor! F1 race was Sunday so we enjoyed the activities around the race. Easy walk to Casino as well as boutique shops. La Romantica (Michelan winner) restaurant is only a short walk away!

The yacht basin is worth the stroll to see the plethora of massive yachts moored there. Impressive and free.

Couldn't stay there... Not much history... But for people who love boats and ports...I think it's a wonderful place for them

The harbor is full of gigantic yachts representing the luxury life-style of the rich. It is somehow nice to walk by the port and pick "your best one". :)
