Stayed in the Hotel Columbus which overlooks these beautiful gardens. There is a beautiful fountain the middle which lights up in the evening. The gardens have every rose imaginable , planted apparently for Princess Grace by Prince Rainier. When we were there , the locals were taking part in a 24 fun run and they were running around the park... More

The Rose Garden is a nice ''little'' garden located in Fontvieille, next to the Saint Nicolas church. The garden is nicely landscaped and offers a wide variety of roses, of which some of them were still in bloom when we visited the garden in late November.

After a recent renovation, it looks modern and stylish and very well maintained. There are some nice water features and touch screen information board. If ever I'm in the area, I make sure to pass through the garden and find lots of flowers in any season.

Nice for a casual stroll and had a playground suitable for young children. Was worth a visit to while away the afternoon.

I would love to visit in summer to smell the fragrance from them. There's a large tent at the far side of garden which we found was a circus. There's also a cafe... More

This is a must see in Monaco, absolutely. It is a wonderful, serene area to contemplate and enjoy. It's a marvellous, colourful space to remember a rather beautiful Princess/ Hollywood actress. The roses are magnificent too.
