We found this climb much steeper than we thought , but we competed it . Beautiful views and peaceful. I would recommend hiking shoes, or at least trainers.. We climbed in sandals so our feet were very dusty by the end . Loved it though.

The Adonis trail offers beautiful views over the peninsula coastline. There was also interesting wildlife - lizards, birds, and one curious chameleon. We went up the common (shared) trail first from behind the Bath of Aphrodite and then took a left onto the Adonis trail - 7.5 km in total, or about 2 1/2 hours for us with breaks along... More

views and wildlife. Sometimes steep, so not to be attempted if you are not used to walking. We are both retired but did the walk round this and the Aphrodite Trail. Took 5 hours, very slowly!

An excellent and varied walk. It doesn't take the 3 hours the guide's say, we did it in a leisurely 2 hours. Probably best to start on the shared (Adonis and Aphrodite) path starting from just behind the Baths of Aphrodite. It's a nice easy ascent and you can spend a few minutes looking at the ruins of the small... More

Went for walk early before it got busy, fantastic views, peace and quiet. If doing this walk remember to take water as it can be strenuous,

It all depends on fitness level and age as how you experience this walk. Guide books might say 3 to 4 hours but we did it in 2 and 1/2. Some might say a hard difficult walk/climb, others might simply call it a long walk. For me ( just over 60 but fit), I found it easier in April than... More

Quite of the beaten track but fun when you get there. The museum is small but very quaint and worth seeing. The water was cold in March and just as cold in June, but once your in then you get used to it. But its a must.

We thoroughly enjoyed this. Lovely views, great walk, superb blue sky and azure sea made it quite breathtakingly beautiful in places, possibly because we hadn't expected it to be so rugged. We only completed a portion of it as our time was limited that day, so will be back.

Nature at its best. A trail at the Akamas Peninsula with great views. Good directions of roads and explanation of fauna/flora
