We had a brilliant visit to the zoo despite the heat. There is a surprising range of animals for a fairly new zoo. They are awaiting an elephant arriving but they have pretty much everything else. It is worth visiting the bird show, it is great fun and the birds do some impressive tricks.

The sales pitch was better than the actual event. Great if you like birds, but the pens with the main/larger animals are small. Some haven't even arrived yet. The parrot show was good.

excellent value for money. shame the elephants and big cats weren't there at the time of our trip but it was still amazing. Bird show is a must see, and definitely recommend feeding the giraffes - the best part of our day!

Very hot day when we visited, but pleased to see the animals looked healthy, and had fresh water in the pens. Louise loved the long eared goats aand the tigers I loved the giraffes. Although it was a very hot day there were plenty of places to buy water and refreshments througout the zoo

I won't even waste time on this review, other than to say..expensive and inhumane..should be investigated by animal welfare.

Well worth a visit while on holiday. White lions Siberian tigers amongst other things. Well laid out with areas to sit in the shade lovely surroundings. The entrance price is comparable to paignton zoo in Devon. Would recommend

My boyfriend and I visited the zoo in early July. it was around €30 for the 2 of us. so its not too expensive. However it has to be the worst zoo ive ever been too. The cages and enclosures are far too small. The lions, and other big cats were no where to be seen (probably hiding in the... More

When we arrived at 11.30 and the driver said be back by 2.30 we thought we would have to rush around, how wrong were we!! I would say 3/4 of the zoo are birds and we got bored of the same one but in a different colour in the next cage. The tigers were in an enclosure far too small... More

Cost €50 for myself wife and 2 kids under the age of 3! If you love birds this place is ok it's a fair size a slow walk round took us about an hour it's just in our opinion not enough to see apart from birds and as other reviewers have said it needs more shady areas for visitors as... More
