Definitely on the to do list every time we go to paphos. Out of paphos on the motorway take junction for Troodos turn left at the bottom of the slip road and keep going for around 30-40 minutes. Excellent views. Very relaxing atmosphere and if you pre book you can have the best meal on the island all home cooked.... More

Well worth a visit. Trip up following Wine Route 2 takes you through some very nice scenery. Winery itself is very welcoming. We were offered tasters, without obligation, of their wines and booked (essential, up to 2 days prior) for the Meze lunch next day. 20E inc. more tastings, and wine with numerous courses of Mezes followed by coffee and... Kolios Winery is located on the wine route. On selected days, they offer a traditional Cyprus meal with wine for only 20 euros. This is a family run business in which over 90% of the wines are for domestic use. When you arrive, you are offered wine while you wait for the others to arrive. The view from the dining... More

We called on our way to visit two monasteries - Chrysorrogiatissa and Agia Moni near Panagia -and were welcomed when we asked if we might taste some of their wines. We were shown into the restaurant and admired the wonderful views while the young lady went to bring a selection of wines. After tasting we were happy to purchase a... More

We stopped at this winery after a tour at the Monastery for some much needed refreshments. The wines were quite nice and staff very friendly. The view is pretty amazing as well. Worth a stop.

Situated in the Paphos district on a mountain peak, the Winery is close to the village of Ayios Photios on the way to the Monastery of Chryssoroyiatissa. The grapes are hand-picked and processed with the most recent wine technology not long after they are collected. The plentiful sunshine on the island the great height and other important factors give excellent... More

A beautiful drive into the hills from Paphos. This was my third visit to Kolios and again was not disappointed. We began with a short tour of the winery. After our party, 17 of us, were directed to our table giving us a magnificent view of the valley below. We were provided with unlimited quantities of red, white & rose... More

Kolios winery is a trip out of Paphos that you should make if you like food, wine and change of scenery. The winery lies above Paphos at around 1000m above sea level just outside a small village - Stato Ayios. Your host Marios Kolios will show you his cellars and the winery whilst explaining his approach to creating some marvellous... More

Went up to the winery for a short visit while out for a drive in the mountains, had a glass of their wine sitting in the restaurant with a spectacular view, peace and tranquility on a hot day. Had a tour of the winery and obviously purchased a couple of bottles of their wine which we have enjoyed many times... More

A lovely drive up from Paphos to this winery along some steep and winding roads. After tasting some of the excellent wines they produce we were given a short but very entertaining and informative tour of the winery and cellars. Then we had lunch. A Meze which was delicious and just kept on coming as we sat in the dining... More
