Our tour guide said she had no idea why it was closed the afternoon we went, so we did not go inside. A nice structure from the outside with a "holy water" receptacle outside, for us not worth the trip as was closed. Best to check if it is open before you go for a visit.

A really tranquil place full of well cared flowers in the yard as well as a very nice small church full of byzantine icons.

This small monastery is situated close to thee Panagia Chrysorogiatissa, on the road to Statos-Agios Fotios. The monastery is very small, and there is nothing special there.

Hired a car and went to visit the monastry. Vey austentatious but worth visiting. The stops we made on the journey were very interesting too.

We called in here, en route to somewhere else, & were very glad we did. We were lucky enough to have use of a friend’s car. This little place is a world away from the touristic side of Cyprus & is so tranquil. There isn’t much information there but it didn’t matter; we learnt that it now belongs to the... More

Worth going to see as it very interesting with beautiful mosaics, not a lot of information to follow though and a lot of steps so unsuitable for people with walking problems.

Without giving all the details this is another good place to see.A lot of history attached as you would expect but works of greek and byzantium art also some quite gruesome finds in the chapel maybe you'll kiss the head as well,Visit and you'll know what I mean.

The monastery is well worth a visit, it has some beatifull sights and the church is second to none. I would however be aware of the coach trips takeing you to unwanted places that again charge the earth for food and drink.
