Good wine, but poor overall attending value. Almost nothing to see even less to hear. You can buy the same wine in supermarket but some euros cheaper.

A small family vineyard, with a small museum attached, a bit of a tourist trap but at an entrance fee of €0, worth a visit, we were offered a taste of 9 different wines each of which was described to us, we asked to taste a wine that was not on the list and it was provided with not hassles.... went with family who were purchasing wine by the case. were shown around the site which wasn't open to the public at the time we visited. Very interesting visit seeing all the bottle stored and the process used to produce the wine. we had a wine tasting session before my sister purchased her selection.

Visited here as part of a Jeep safari. The museum didn't have any logical purpose and just seemed like a place to display rather two badly modelled papier mache cattle and a farmer along with some old gourds. There was little explanation and no logical sequence for a winemaking or farming museum. The sales area was partly Cyprus tourist souvenir... More

Such a waste of time! We were greeted by over-friendly owner (I presume) who told us to check out the cellar (which was just one old tomb) and the wine museum (a room with paper-made cows and figures with random wine barrels without any information - which I don't think qualifies for the term "museum") and then told to sit... We have visited Sterna Winery and bought wine. The people are pleasant, although quite limited in communicating in English, and the wines are OK for a local brew. Unfortunately you will get as much information about the museum by staring at a picture of it as you will from visiting it. If you want to elevate your class of wine,... More

The winery is quite small but makes about 6 or 7 varieties of wed white and Rose wine. The cheapest wine was a tad tart but the middle range Red and white wines met the wife's approval and we bought one of each. The Museum is a bit of a joke, with a papier mache donkey.

This is another winery you can visit without an appointment. It's set in the beautiful countryside just outside Kathikas, surrounded by the fields of grapes. They do tours and talks about the wines including free samples if that is what you are wanting. We go every year to stock up on some favorites - the Koralli red wine is very... More

Lovely visit to sterna winery at first looking at the museum an cellar. After you have a wine tasting where the man is very pleasent and gives you snacks to try. However after this if you do not buy more than 1 bottle of wine he gets angry and takes your snacks off you while you are still eating, slams... More
