Omodos is a charming little village, lovely little local shops, beautiful church and a very small museum providing a history of the struggles in Cyprus. Narrow streets to explore, a fantastic glassware shop, wine museum and some good eateries. A great place to have a bite to eat and spend half a day having a gentle walk round.

Great for a pit stop when around Troodos. Pretty village, nice bars, local produce which is cheaper than buying similar in tourist towns.

We spent there 3 hours, enjoyed the atmosphere; the taverns/restaurants, the narrow old streets, the work shops, the church , the museum, the winery, the village square area. This beautiful village is a must visit while traveling the Trodos mountain area. Try the fresh orange juice from one of the tavern and the souvenir shops.

Very picturesque village with narrow windy streets and lovely buildings. There are a lot of tourist shops and cafes and a great church. It is a good escape from the modern buildings of Limassol.

Small touristic village. If you want waterfalls go to Platres. If you want authentic places go anywhere else. If you do go there, remember all restaurants are close between lunch time and dinner.

Nice old village with lots of traditional stuff doing on. Old wine making tour is fun but owner has a bit of a strop if you don't buy anything. Couple of nice places to eat, nothing flash. Cobbled streets are great unless your not good on your feet and the monastery is nice. Worth a visit

Nice pit stop after a day driving in the mountain. Good food although a bit pricey, but eh no McDo's in the mountains!! hahaha. Lots of wineries, great wine tastings. Close to Limassol, like 40 Km or something, so easy to get to or from.

What a quaint village! While they are prepared for tourists, this little village has managed to maintain its authenticity. Worth walking around, through the small roads, the monastery and the village square.

The prettiest village on Cyprus, well worth a visit, the cobbled main street and square are beautiful, a bit touristy in places however still has the charm of small streets to explore. We found eating at Katoi restaurant was such a great experience we went back 2 days later to eat again.
