One of the most beautiful villages of the Island. Beautiful small roads to walk and see how a village in Cyprus is, there are small shops you can buy souvenirs and also need to taste the bread that there are preparing to specific village called “arkateno”. In the small square of the village is the big beautiful church and many... More

Recently restorated Omodos is the perfect place for locals and tourists to spend their time for a walk in this quite village. Every street has its own speech of architecture. You can find lots of options for gifts - needlepoints, magnets, paintings and food. Shopkeepers at Omodos welcome you in Omodos and offer a wide range of cyprus products of... More

This is a lovely old village with cobbled streets. You can watch the old ladies sitting outside their shops making lace goods. Plenty of shops there to sample the local wine and honey coated nuts.

Had a great meal after a lovely ramble through narrow lanes of white houses with blue doors. However, trying to find our way home afterwards initially ended on a rutted carttrack in a vinyard! Road signs sadly absent....

The village boasts a monastery and quaint narrow streets. Plenty of restaurant choice and plenty of choice for a place to stay if you wanted to. We stayed one night and this is all you need for Omodos. A nice village, quiet and with plenty of trinket and speciality shops to keep you busy for the afternoon or evening.

The Municipality needs to get more organized, and have the Village kept more clean, when i visited, there was papers, tins, and empty plastic bags etc all over the place, not to mention the Millions of cigaret buts in the main town square between the cobblestones !!! quite an unpleasant price, and all items on sale where overpriced, compared to...
