Omodos Village is quite picturesque with narrow street and a colourful church. It has some nice restaurant too and a lovely market. I bought some handmade jewellery from there. Don't forget your camera.

This is about 50 minutes from Limassol Town and is worth the drive. Picturesque up in the hills with quaint alleyways and shops

Located on a wine tasting route and full of nice traditional villages in the vicinity makes this village worth the visit. The church is interesting and there are a few nice traditional home made food restaurants around the village. I would avoid eating in the village as its overpriced compared to neighbouring villages.

Totally recommended for a day visit, nice small streets to walk around, many places to eat - the one we went Katoyi was very good- and generally the best place in mountains if you want to see the village life. Yes it is very touristic but to other places you... More

Felt good to leave the bounds of Paphos for this interesting village. Many shops, especially lace and embroidery, hawked wares. The weather made the hour-visit most enjoyable.

We drove from Larnaca for a day trip and the route was very nice. Passed from various villages, weather was perfect as it was cool which was really nice compared with the 40 degrees in Larnaca. Love the narrow streets in the village and the gardens, all those flowers and little shops here and there. The perfect smell comes from... More

Omodos is a pretty little village close to the foothills of the troodos mountains, it has a lovely cobbled square with various nick nack shops around the edge of it which then leads down to the church which has two little museums outside that show traditional lace making and a bit of history about the war of 1974 past these...
