We struggled a little to find the start of this trail. But after we'd found an information board with a rough outline map we worked out where to go. We headed through the gardens towards the baths of Aphrodite. Once at the baths we then turned right, across a little bridge. We took the path to the right (up the... More

A highly recommended trail. Done it several times on foot, by bicycle and by quad-bike. For me mountain-biking this trail is one of the best activities in the area. Love it!

Walked most of this trail during the day. I imagine it would be quite hot in summer. It is not too steep and there are places to rest along the way. The views are exceptional. A camera is a must.

Parts of the trail were quite intrepid, but absolutely worth it. The coastal views and the flora and fauna (in Spring) were spectacular. Take water and a picnic for the journey, but save yourself for the frozen yogurt sold at a kiosk in the car park - very tasty.

A lovely walk taking in the beautiful sights of the Akamas peninsula. Wild flowers and mountain goats line the route. Starts and finishes at the Baths of Aphrodite. Allow three hours and be prepared for some uphill walking at first followed by a long downward ramble along a coastal path back to where you began. Then perhaps a frozen yogurt... More

We like others had read the sign incorrectly, we actually went back to the sign to re-read it. The sign indicates that 2.6km of the Aphrodite's trail runs parallel with the Adonis trail, not that the Aphrodite's trail is 2.6km, it is in fact 8km. You require good walking shoes and sun protection as little parts of it our shaded.... More

This is one of my favourite places in Cyprus. Amazing scenery, incredible blue-green sea, beautiful nature with lot of interesting plants. The path is not so hard to walk, I think everyone with good health should make it in few hours and it is really worth it! And try to dine in restaurant near parking place, they serve absolutely amazing... More

A stunning walk in picturesque countryside. Particularly beautiful in March with the spring flowers in early bloom. Fairly strenuous climb with a winding descent down the mountainous coastal path. Best undertaken with walking boots and Leki sticks! Suggest arrive before the coaches vistng aphrodites bath . A 7.5km walk.

Starts with a steep climb, but this gives great rewards as you move inland away from the coast. Easy walking on a well marked trail with the most rewarding views from the top. Descend to the coast and stop at the taverna for a well earned rest, great day out without to much strain.

An mid-easy trail (8km, approx. 300m elevation) with beautiful views. Recommend if you are in the area and there is not so much time.
