Multilingual presentation with individual headsets and multilingual controller. Excellent cinema, comfortable seating and attentive/helpful staff. Nice mix of well acted narrative and well staged re-enactments at various locations. Look out for discount vouchers found in the likes of the 'What's on in (month)' booklet and perhaps elsewhere. A little bit pricey but hey you're on holiday!

This was a very informative film, taking us through the ages from theTurkish sieges to present day. A little bit cheesy at times in its delivery, the reconstructions with actors were good and relevant. Hardly anyone else in the film theatre though, so either the location (within a shopping complex in a side street) is difficult to find or the... More

You'll have a good grasp of Maltese history after watching this short film. I think we were the only people in the theatre - So don't worry about crowds. It's right down the street from St. John's so you don't have to go out of your way.

We went to three audio / visual shows. This was the second show that we experienced. A short presentation (about 30 minutes or so), but with more information provided compared with the 5D show (and more focused on Valletta). Hugely overpriced. I would say that no more than 6 Euros would have been fair price. For me and my wife,... More

Fantastic architecture and a blend of modern shops in old world settings. Lots of hostorical information and experiences. We chose the 5D experience and whilst it was reasonably interesting, we did not feel it was worth the money paid and wished we had tried one of the other attractions. Some good photo opportunities and brilliant views.

This 30 minute film tells an interesting story of Valletta's colourful history. It's also a welcome place to rest from the heat outside .

Before starting your visit to Valletta it's a good idea to see this film first. It only lasts 35 minutes but it gives you a good overview of Valletta from its beginnings until the present day : the Knights' courage facing the Turks and the courage of the Maltese people facing the bombings during the Second World War.

An enjoyable show giving a full explanation of history from the ancient temples through modern day. Available in several languages and worth the 35 minutes to watch.

Upon arriving in Valletta, we headed for the Valletta Living History first. It provided a wonderful overview of the history of the town and the Knights' experiences and was very well done. It is a film shown in a regular movie theater; we had to wait for the theater to open. The complex was very deserted on a Sunday! Highly... More
