Learnt a lot about Malta and it's people watching this wonderful film. They have been invaded by so many countries and yet have maintained their language and culture. They also showed courage and resilience more than most countries during WWII. It was privilege to get to visit this unbelievable island!

Around 45mins long. the narrator takes your through the turbulent history Malta has gone through. from BC to WW2. The Maltese should be so proud of their people! It also made me proud to be British when the british entered the story

A multi language visual tour of Malta's history. Headphones provide many languages ( about 20, I think). Very well done. It is popular - we were in March and the theatre was full, so in the summer you might have to book ahead.

A fascinating and informative history of Malta, presented very well on screen in a comfortable cinema style room. Coupled with a tour of the (Knights of St John) Infirmary across the road it is well worth 15 euro. It was a great way to find out what Malta has to offer.

Comfortable seats in a very nice theatre and an excellent presentation for any newcomer to Malta starting their visit. Informative and gives a good indication of what to look out for on the island(s). We included the visit to the Sacra Infermeria (Knights' hospital) just across the road which also proved very interesting but, i would suggest, not for the... More

As previous reviewers have said its a bit pricey (€15) for what you get, and no option to do just the film, also no concessions for us wrinklies! A lot of the attractions on the island tell the same story but from a slightly different perspective. But we did enjoy both the film and especially the tour of the Sacra... More

If you don't know much about the island, and particularly if you have children, the Malta Experience is actually very good value. For not much more than the cost of a decent meal, you're shown the main developments and dramatic events in the story of an incredibly interesting island, located right at the centre of the Mediterranean world, in a... The film is a decent account of Maltese history - about 45 minutes of listing the millions of people who attacked and/or conquered Malta in it's history. However, the film is a tad corny and for 15 Euros, you'd think it would be a bit better. Our ticket included a free tour of the Sacre Infermeria across the street, which... More
