Open top bus that went on the north route that you can jump on and off when you get to one of their stops. Sounds a great idea but it doesn't work. We observed 3 different drivers and 2 other staff that were aggressive, rude to customers and basically totally bored with what they were doing. I had to tell... More

This was our first trip to Malta and we thought at €17 each for the Gozo trip was quite reasonable and it would get us to see places a bit easier and it came with a free cruise. We were left stranded in Victoria as the tour bus left early and then on another day the Sliema ferry bus picked... More

The buses in Malta are great, for 6.50 euros a week you can get any bus anywhere, hop on hop off to any village/town or beach sometime you will have to go to Valletta first, and beware, it becomes a free for all, with everyone fighting to get on first. Just join them and don't be afraid to push. Nothing like... More

Planned for Weds, pick up came 45 minutes early and left without us. Finally rebooked after support from our hotel but the man was rude and was fairly reluctant to do so. Would not give confirmation that we could go so we had to call the UK call centre who sorted it. On the day we went they came 20... More

We did the Malta Sightseeing south tour on a Sunday. Good points - Picked us up free of charge from the hotel which was very good for us as our hotel was on the furthest north of the island. Drivers were very professional and helpful with us as we had a 1 year old child and they helped us with... More

We were a family of 5 had a bus tour at Easter this year. This trip is quite uninteresting and provides little value for money! In my opinion Malta outside Valletta has little to offer compared to most other places in the Mediterranean! This was bad: - the earphones did not work - old and worn out bus - overcrowded... More

We booked the North and South tour prior to our arrival. We did the North tour first, and if we hadn't already booked the South tour, we wouldn't have done it. We had a terrible experience with the service of the North tour. Not sure what happened, but they seemed very disorganised, buses were not running on time and as... More

We arrived in Valletta on a day excursion from a cruuse ship. thought the Jop On - Hop Off Bus would be a good option. There are 2 operators and we chose Malta Sightseeing which cost 15 Euros each. The bus took 15 minutes to leave the port area after the scheduled departure time with no explanation. It then took... More

Got the North & South Tour as well as the company's tour of Gozo.. We got a good deal through our tour resp (12 euro per tour) but to be honest I still wouldn't recommend at this price. The winter schedule means you can only really get off at one or two stops if you want to do the whole... More
