This is defenitely the place which should be visited when you stay at Malta. It can be described as little paradise - no question about it. I need to warn all of you who want to get there. The Island is absolutely crowded. If anyone wants to relax in peace (like I do) - THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR... More

I wasn't sure what to rate the Blue Lagoon an average or very good, in the end I decided to go with average because of how packed it was. The area is beautiful but it is hard to enjoy with it being so crowded, there was no relaxing that day. It was great to see and I am glad we... More

We hired a private boat to get here from Gozo Island where we were staying. It was an amazing place to swim and snorkel. We all enjoyed the crystal clear water. An absolute paradise. We stayed on our boat, anchored. Dived and jumped off, a great way to enjoy the waters. We even brought old bread to feed the fish... More

What a stunning area, breathtaking sea and clear water, absolutely rammed with people that made accessing the location ridiculous, dangerous stairs and to be avoided during peak times

I totally 100 percent recommend this excursion the water is beautiful in peak time I would suggest getting their early as once all the boats get in its packed - I chose the hotel for the day package but next time I visit I will stay at the hotel and enjoy the solitude of a beautiful magical place

Too many visitors and cruise ships ruin the beauty of this place. We arrived there by boat and it was very difficult to walk down to the water to take a swim because of the crowds. Once we got in the water it was dissappointing-we rented a mask to do some diving and instead of fish we saw empty beer... More

The blue lagoon should be renamed the Ruined lagoon. We visited the lagoon in 1993, and spent a pleasant and peaceful few hours there, snorkelling and sunbathing. There was no catering, and very few other visitors. We therefore decided to visit the Blue Lagoon again during our family holiday to Gozo this year, and were absolutely horrified when we arrived.... Travelled to the lagoon on a speed boat ,probably the best part of the trip. The lagoon itself is gorgeous, the colour of the sea is beautiful but it's just packed with people. Deck chairs and umbrellas have to be hired if you are thinking of staying a while otherwise you would roast under the blazing heat. Nothing really to... More

Knew this would be busy but it was hell. We went with supreme cruises and felt misled by the 'salesman' in St julians. We were told the boat anchors the whole time and onboard facilities could be used(although this would have been impractical due to access) however, when we were en route we were told the boat would leave at...
