This place was very dirty on the inside. All the tables in the cafe were dirty, the walls needed cleaning, and there were ugly plastic plants all over. We did not eat at the restaurant, so perhaps it is much better. More

The only thing you should visit Perlan for is the view over the city. Forget everything else here. More

The house is open for everyone during the day. Well worth it to take a look if you are in the are. There is also a café, which provides seating and simple foods but nothing special. The restaurant is quite classy and if you want a classy night out, perhaps a romantic dinner (or even a business dinner), this is... More

We didn't eat at either the restaurant or the cafeteria, but thoroughly enjoyed the free view from the outdoor deck, even more so than the view from the church in the centre of Reykjavik! Entertaining artificial geyser in the entrance. More

It was no suprise to me that when I finally went to eat at Perlan the food was even better than I expected, wich was actually a lot since I had heard so many good things about the food. All the dishes in my 4 course meals were outstanding, the salmon entree, the lobster soup, the fish of the day... More
