Massive and beautiful and unique. Attended an organ concert that was amazing. Take elevator to the top for great views. A lovely spot.

Wherever you are in Reykjavik you're sure to see this Church towering above the cityscape. The exterior feels severe but the interior is serene with an emphasis on simplicity, sometimes less is more. For a few extra krona you can take a lift to the clock tower and get the best view of Reykjavik city centre! Essential visit if only...

A very modern and beautiful church. You must go to the top to enjoy the beautiful town views. The church has a big church pipe organ, and the music creates the perfect atmosphere to pray.

You can also purchase...

Definitely worth a visit - the church as a modern feel to it, and whilst not ornate with stained glass in the traditional fashion, the super curves & roof make it spectatular. For a marvellos view, pay the extra to go up the tower. Be warned it can be extremely windy, as it was for us, the cold wintery wind...

Might want to time your visit according to your potential reaction to the clock chiming while you're up the top behind the clock faces.
