Group sizes are 2-8 people but we also offer tours for bigger groups travelling together. Our goal is to make you feel as you were travelling with a friend. With smaller groups there is a better opportunity for photo stops and answering questions. There is something for everyone! We offer a range of exciting experiences from: Reykjavik Electric Bike Tour with no sweat, Scooter tours, hiking in the mountains, Golden Circle the Season Tours way, The Modern Icelander Food and Saga Tour and a lot more. In our tours you learn about the Viking settlement, the geology, the "kitchenware" revolution, the ice ages, flora and fauna and everything else you want to know but didn't dare to ask. « less

I have been meaning to write a review for Season Tours for a long time. We visited Reykjavik over the new year period and we where booked on the Northern Lights and Golden Circle Tour. Unfortunately due to bad weather our Northern Lights Tour was cancelled but the following day we went on the Golden Circle tour with Gunnsi. Gunnsi... More

Tyffi took the 3 of us on a 7 hour tour. He arrived promptly at our hotel 5 minutes before our arranged time. He was a wealth of knowledge. He said he'd been to a tour director school and it showed. He took us to many geographical sites and explained everything, answering all of our questions. He had a microphone... More

We booked the Golden Circle and South Coast tours with Season Tours (both full-day trips). The landscape and history of Iceland are fascinating enough on their own but Guunsi and Tyffi made our visit to Iceland unforgettable. There were only two people on our tours, each time - just my husband and I. Both Tyffi and Guunsi were informative, engaging... More

On our recent stay in Reykjavik, we booked two tours with Season Tours and are so happy we did. Both guides are exceptional. You can tell Gunnsi and Tyffi are sharing their passions with you and are delighted to spend time with you. No question or no need is overlooked. On our first day in Iceland, we toured Reykjavik with... More

The Chef's tour was fun. He drives you around different parts of Iceland, answering questions and seeing different sites. We saw parts of the city that we haven't seen before. Then we stopped to pick up some fish at a local market and then to his home for dinner. We had a total of 4 people in the group. Dinner was... More

One of the highlights of our Iceland trip was a Food and Saga tour with Chef Tyffi. Since our tour was on a Sunday, it was set up a little different than his usual tours. We started off with a tour around Reykjavik. We went by the black rocky shores just outside of the city, the presidential estate, the imported... More

My husband and I found Gunnsi of Season Tours through tripadvisor. It was the highlight of our trip. Gunnsi picked us up at our hotel and spent the next 8-9 hours guiding us through the Golden Circle and a few mysterious and out of the way places. He has the answers to any question we asked. Not only did he... More

Myself and my boyfriend took tour with Gunnsi after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor, we were looking for a small tour group and we were lucky enough to be the only 2 on the tour on the day. Gunnsi took us to see the wonderful sights and was so informative with so much knowledge of the history and mythology of... More

We were picked up at our hotel and taken to a venue outside the city. Here we enjoyed some alcohol! followed by delicious fish soup then delectable lamb. Our meal was interrupted when our coach took us a short distance to a local bonfire where we enjoyed the locals' fireworks and enthusiasm. We were returned to the venue by coach... More

We did two tours with Season Tours and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We went out with Gunnsi searching for the Northern Lights - with a clear sky, but bright moon, Gunnsi was honest about our chances of seeing anything of any note, but with cloud predicted for the rest of our stay, we decided to go out anyway....
