This is along with Geysir is something everyone must see. Icelanders go there all the time with their young children as well, so it's not just for tourists. The waterfall is magnificent and changes with the weather. It's also quite a sight to see in winter. Be careful not to slip and fall in thought. More

Much of the route travelled by everyone who takes a trip out of Reykjavik is scenic; Gullfloss however is a magnificent site and it's definitely worth the trip. In mid-winter, this is a spectacular place to take photographs and enjoy the raw power of the water. More
