A really incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience...getting to touch Europe and North America at the same time, in crystal-clear water surrounded by snow! Dive guides Jammi and Marc were very helpful and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole dive, as it was my first time diving in a dry suit. An expensive trip, but worth it for the... More

i have been diving before Andy my partner hasn't and we were looking forward to this so much. We were collected at our hotel by our guides who were great, very friendly and chatty, the female (apologies I can't remember her name) was French and was new to the company, she was really good and was interested in learning more... An extraordinary part of our travel, an amazing experience. The best snorkeling I ever do ! Thanks to our guide Ségo, a little women full of energy (and already happy to drink à beer with you after the day !) The water is so clear, so pure and so tasty (I'm not jocking) and not so cold (obviously I'm jocking... More

Expensive dive but worth it. Picked up on time. About a 45min drive to the national park, great views on the route. Great equipment, New drysuits. It was very cold, to be expected when snowing! It took awhile to kit up & hanging about to get in. Would recommend divemaster kits up before clients so we are not left hanging... More

This is the only activity in Iceland for which I will write a negative review. The Silfra exploration in winter by -1 degree celsius is nice in that it makes you try the dry suit. However TOO expensive (count 250$ per person) and in the end not so fantastic. The dive is maximum 15 meters, lasts 20 minutes and is... More

What a day with this group! This is a small group tour so there were only eight of us diving. It was clear that four of us were novice-intermediate level divers and the other four were highly skilled and far more experienced. We were broken into two groups based on experience which made for a great day under water for... More

we had amazing time with AJ and Mark from dive.is. After a short drive from Reykjavik around 40 min we had full instruction on diving in dry suit which was a first time for us after which we immersed into crystal clear Silfra water for an amazing 50 min dive. I was actually surprised that it wasn't as cold as... More

Ted is a great divemaster and was very informative and helpful which cannot be faulted. However one of the main reasons for booking with dive.is was because their website reads "During your dive you will explore the four main parts of Silfra. You will float through Big Crack, Silfra’s narrowest section, where you can have your ‘Dive Between the Continents’... More

My husband and I did the Silfra snorkelling day tour on February 14th (an unusual Valentines gift to each other!) We were staying on the south coast, therefore opted to meet the tour at the information centre in Thingvellir directly. We were told to be there by 11am, and that we would be greeted by the rest of the group... More

Everything arranged went smooth with picup, getting the right size of equipement (they brought several just in case), hot chocoate and a nice atmosphere where no question were to stupid or to small. We worried about things and the guide was very helpfull and informative. It turned out that the dive was the easy part because we were hit by... More
