The service was good as was the provision of what turned out to be essential thermal suits. You do not understand cold until you are bouncing around on the waves in the North Atlantic Ocean. We saw dolphins but unfortunately the Orca/ Minke whales were elusive. I wouldn't let this put you off however as nature can be funny like... More

Oh dear, whale watching wasn't for me. When we arrived the staff were handing out sea sickness pills. They didn't work for me. I was very very sick. Although we didn't see any whales and I spent 3 hours being sick, the staff were very good and understanding. We were offered free tickets, but we declined. I'm not sure my... More

My husband and I were quite excited for the whale watching tour but knew that there was a chance of not seeing them. Unfortunately I was seasick so laid down for most of the trip as the sea was very choppy. Did hear the tour guide informing of the dolphins to the side of the boat but did not get... More

I took this trip to watch whales and after hours of sailing the only thing I saw was water and more water. It was really disappointing but I know they are wild animals and you can't expect they'll be there all the time like in a zoo. At least they offer you a free of charge retry but I doubt... More

Really, don't do it in Reykjavik, you'd better go to Husavik to see whales. We have only seen a couple of whales' backs, but had 3 hours of pure torture, the sea was really rough, a lot of people got sea sick, it was raining and windy and we stayed in all the trip. The price of 50 Euro is... More
