We did the airport to hotel transfer via the Blue Lagoon, plus Glacier Lagoon day and Golden Circle afternoon tours with Bustravel. I'd emailed a couple of questions to them beforehand and received very quick responses to queries. Airport to Blue Lagoon to Reykjavik transfer; No problems with airport pick up or transfer to the lagoon and we then went... More

We chose this company as they only take small groups and therefore would provide a more personal service (and less queuing and waiting for stragglers at stops), there would be no transfers and their itinerary was exactly what we wanted. We booked the Special + Southern Iceland (airport transfer, Blue Lagoon, Grand Golden Circle and South Coast) for 21200Isk/£110 –... More

Bustravel was a our perfect choice for a long weekend holiday in Iceland; The service was cheaper than other companies and we saved money as our visit was on budget; we did the transfer from the airport- Blue Lagoon-hotel; Golden Circle & the Glacier Lagoon; the guides were brilliant; very informative tours; small bus and always before the big bus... Old, outdated vehicles used and a non professional approach. Vehicle not marked to identify company it represents. Driver not aware of who he is picking up and when. Company not awRe of bus timetables for customers staying outside Reyhjavik. Very disappointing. Lesson learnt. Book Fly bus they will sort it out for you in the time you have available OR... More

We used Bustravel on our trip to Iceland this past week and everything went very smoothly. They showed up at the airport exactly 30 minutes after we landed. (you walk out of the airport near the bus pickup and go straight along the covered walkway, and they'll pickup on the left side.) It wasn't anything fancy, but it was reliable... More

I found this provider only by chance doing search due to being lazy to remember the bus companies operating from the airport. They should definitely get more customers! Everything worked out exactly as stated on their website and after my private communication. In short, it was basically like a taxi from the airport to the Blue Lagoon (picked me up... More

I was recommended by my hostel to try out this company and I am so glad I did. The pick up was right on time at my hostel, had a small van for the tour and a very funny "tour guide". I did different tours throughout my three weeks in Iceland and I must admit I really enjoyed this day... More

We booked the special offer + Glacier Lagoon package and actually I'm quite happy with the tours. The bus aren't the most modern ones, but they are quite comfortable and in opposite to what other travellers said, it had enough space for passengers and luggage. Of course it was only a mini bus, but there was space for putting some... More

We booked the special that included airport transfers, Blue Lagoon transfers and a Golden Circle tour. We were picked up on time for each leg that we booked. The Golden Circle tour was excellent and very informative. We went in a small mini van which was excellent compared to the large tour buses that we saw. I can recommend this... More

We bought a round trip ticket from the hostel in Reykjavik to the Blue Lagoon. Everything started out okay but when we decided to return home the bus left us. We wanted to catch the 7:30pm bus back to the city so we went and waited at the Parking lot where we were first dropped off earlier that afternoon (we... More
