Looking back at Iceland (went there two years ago) I came across reviews from travelers to the Gullfoss waterfall. I agree with their appreciation of such a natural site: they are outstanding!. But, more so, is the STEW that is served in the cafeteria at the falls. From the tourist viewpoint in front of the falls arises a wooden boardwalk... more

This wonderfull waterfall has many sides and streams to it. Breathtaking views The Geysir Strokkur erutping every 5 mins just a blast more

This waterfall is as powerful as Niagra. You could stare in awe for hours. Really great to get some close up views of it. This area is a must see for anyone visiting. more

What a beautiful surprise to see that the pictures that I had seen prior to the visit doesn't do this waterfall justice. The amount of water and force was amazing. You can actually get quite close to the falls. It was a nice drive as well from Reykjavik and real close to geysir too. Don't miss this waterfall. more
