Very beautifull architectual experience. It is a landmark when arriving to Loviisa. Inside wiew makes you feel a small human being. Make your day and visit Loviisa church. Took a rest thru silence. Forget how important you are.

Hi! Church is quite old and made of red bricks.Inside is nice paintings on the roof and behind the altar. This church has been built 1863-1865 because first wooden church was burned-out. In summertimes this opens at 11 am.

A very pretty church with a big statue in the front. The church is famous for the but-marks on the benches when they got repainted. They unfortunately got repainted AGAIN after that..

This red brick church dates from the mid 19th century. It dominates the town at its entrance from the Helsinki side. Many of the artefacts in the church date from far earlier and the church that was burned down - and which this church replaced on the same site - reputedly had the first Finnish and Swedish bibles in everyday... More
