The monument is located in rather akward place. This used to be popular stop for tourist busses. Nothing special to see. If you've seen the photos that should be enough.

If you like classical music and Sibelius you will enjoy this beautiful monument, the organ, and Sibelius himself surrounded by a beautiful park and, obviously, by the bay, relaxing and a gift to eyes

Surreal, huge, unique! Those words best describe the sculpture in the park. I was not expecting to be able to literally walk all around and under it! We went on an enjoyable walk from the centre of town and the park is lovely. From here you can easily get to the waterfront where there are some lovely little cafes.

You will see photos of this strange silver tubular sculpture all over Helsinki tourist brochures. It is like the rock church and equally hard to get to. It is nowhere near the centre of town and is as far out as the Olympic stadium, which is tall enough to give you an indication how far and in what direction it... More

The monument in itself is great but it's a little far away from the centre and difficult to reach with public transport. It's about a 30 minute walk from the train station and it will take about the same time with public transport. The park where the monument is situated is okay, it's not special but in the summer it... More

This collection of organ pipes was very nice to look at. They are well decorated on the outside, was unable to see inside. Was no music from pipes although windy winter day. No gift shop or cafe!

The pipes all have different textures when viewed up close, and makes for an interesting photography subject. The pipes makes sounds as the wind blows across them, but only during stronger winds.

Very cool monument and good opportunity for photos. We went in the off season so there was not much else to do.

It's about a 25 min walk out from the rock church but it is unusual & it's worth a visit, the monument is worth going to for the photo opportunity, park is good to chill
