The coolest way to see and experience Helsinki and the islands surrounding the city. Easy to access by public transport. Take a guided trip the first time you visit. After that going out on your own is easy. They provide you with everything needed, including maps. By boat or by canoe is the only way you can see the unique... More

Amazing experience with fantastic instruction and wonderful scenery. We were picked up at the quayside and whisked away in the comfort of a mini bus to enjoy a memorable morning kayaking. We stopped for lunch on an Island, supplied by our gracious and experienced guide Kata, then paddled back to shore and bought the T-shirt! A brilliant day.

Kayaking was new to us and what fun it turned out to be! Our guide and mentor, Kata, looked after us excellently, and was a fund of interesting facts about Finland, wildlife, folklore etc. A wonderful way to see part of the archipelago in what felt like very safe surroundings. Even a stiff-ish breeze for a wee while didn't dampen... More

We booked a trip from our cruise ship, collected from the quay side, had a great day kayaking and exploring the small islands, quite easy going, and well looked after by our guide Kata

I went here yesterday with some friends. The crew was really friendly and we kayaked to a small island where we could sit and lunch. The tour was really nice and we saw original houses. After our tour was over they took us to the metrostation by car. They are closing at the end of September and will open next... More

We had been on a cruise ship for 6 days when we went Kayaking in Helsinki. Never having been in this part of the world we were' sure what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised it was a sunny day and our good day started when we were greeted at the dock by the rep from Natura Viva. Who... More

We booked this on our own while on a cruise. We got off our ship (late) and expected to have no problem getting a cab (wrong). We knew we were going to be so late that we decided to bail and opted for the Hop-on / Hop-off bus tour. We had prepaid for the kayaking and were flushing that money... More

We had a wonderful trip with Martii. The whole experience was fantastic and would definitely go on this again. From the time we were met at the quayside to the time we were dropped off at the city market we were escorted all of the time and nothing was to much bother. The canoeing was quite but quite hard work... More

We did the Heksinki by kayak tour. We were picked up in Heksinki and driven to their facility. We were given a short lesson on paddling, then outfitted with vests and sea skirts. We paddled around a few islands then took a break for a provided lunch. The guide was good at keeping the group together and pointing out thing... More
