I enjoyed my visit to Emma although it is not in the city centre but some 20-30 minutes by bus from the Helsinki center. It is easy to grab a bus from Kamppi, there are several which stop near the museum. It is a cool building, an old newspaper factory, with a nice shop and cafe.

First time in EMMA, which is located at WEEGEE-house, in Espoo. The building is an old Weillin&Göös printing house designed by professor Ruusuvuori. Nice museum of modern art. I was visiting EMMA because of the Carol Rama exhibition. There is cafeteria as well as shop available at WeeGee house.

This time Emma has two different and absolutely interesting exhibitions, Carol Ramas's paintings and the art colletion of Saastamoinen foundation. Emma museum is only one museum of the large combination of museums in this huge WeeGee exhibition centre. While you are in there, it is better to have enough time, at least 2 - 3 hour to go thru all... More

The Espoo Museum of Modern Art is an excellent museum, and not in the least for the interesting architecture and history of the building where the museum is hosted. They have both good temporary exhibitions and an excellent collection of their own.

Spent a few hours on a drizzly winter day in this amazing museum in Espoo. Had to take a bus from Helsinki centre to Esboo and needed help from passengers on the bus to point out where to get off. Worth taking the time to visit,

Emma offers a nice combination of modern art and history. With one ticket you get in to actually 5 different museums. But don't worry, museum is quite compact, meaning that you can manage it all. And why is it nice to visit even with kids? Because they have a toy museum included! It's only one room, but there is a... More

EMMA is located in former printing factory and is well suited for modern art exhibitions. EMMA presents both Finnish and international changing exhibitions of contemporary and 20th centry art as well as it displays its own collections

The grownups enjoyed the Futuro house and the other shows. The kids had lots of fun in the toy museum. The cafe had a basic selection, something for everyone. Worth a visit!
