What do you do close to mariefred in the off season? Well Tom tits experiment was open and looked pretty good. We were two adults, and boys 15 and17. We all enjoyed this place. Lots of things to do although it is worth finding out when attractions are open since the man then for specific times out of season. The... More

Wow - this place is absolutely SUPERB and should not be missed if you haven't been here yet! I went with my boyfriend (we are both 23) and we spent four (!) hours here and that covered all the attractions, sights and experiments! We went on a Saturday afternoon and despite it being the summer holidays we didn't feel overcrowded... More

We took the commuter train from Stockholm, and it is about 45 mins but easy to reach. The museum is part of theStockholm Pass, so we had access to everything and because of the warm weather spent much of the day outside on the rides, experiments, and getting wet with various water structures! The inside is well designed and though... More

We visited the museum for half a day. A lot of surprises and interesting stations which children can learn a lot from them. Ticket prices are reasonable. A half-day visit is enough. There is a cafeteria. Prices are not cheap.

A great museum for everyone in the family. I would highly recommend this for alternative Stockholm experience, especially for families with younger children and on a grey winter day. OR a summer one (we went during the summer when the outside part and the "rides" were open. There is a small free fall ride, a robotic arm that can twirl... More

Always a pleasure to come here. When the kids get above 8 years or so, they can run around experiencing all the things on their own. With smaller kids, you have to follow them everywhere and it takes its toll! Never been so tired before. In the summer there's a great outdoor park that I as an adult enjoy a... More

Lots of fun activities for kids of all ages. Nice relaxed atmosphere and an inspiring setting makes this a great place to visit. You need a few hours here and the kids will love it.

Tom Tits is real Experiment! There is lot to see and absolute lot to do. People think TT is for kids, but that´s not true. The world of science fascinates everyone. But the way there are serving very good ja cheap food. TT is easy to reach from Stockholm by train.

We all had a ball, the kids slept perfectly that night. There was SO much to do, we lost count. If you do plan to come, come very very early, there is heaps to do. The front desk / entrance staff were a bit arrogant, but a great time overall. Coffee was good from level 2.

What a fantastic use of an old factory. A beautiful red brick factory, with 3 indoor levels of hands on science fun, and extensive gardens with rides and more science fun. 3 restaurants, gift shop. Just a fantastic day for the whole family. Unmisssable!
