If you were not hungry when you walked in you will be by the time you are ready to leave. Fresh fish, meat, poultry, fruits, vegetables and baked goods are on display in a very appealing manner. Delis and small booths are available to make a delicious lunch or any other meal at reasonable prices. The open seating at tables... More

If I am in the new city, I`d like to see people`s market where you can see original local product, to contact with sellers and buyers, try local specialities. Saluhall is not what you are expected. Small, very picturesced, with wooden counters. Limited choice and very high prices! Some products are not local: french cheeses, italian oils. Good seafood in... More

Ok it's a small indoor market with very expencive and crowdie seafood restaurants but it worth a visit.

this is certainly not the biggest market that you will find on your travels, but it has all the food that you could ever need. Not only does it sell the ingredients, but there are also many stalls selling various dishes. As with many buildings in Stockholm, there is a small plaque on the outside of the building telling its... More

The fragrances that meet you bring an enticing feeling of delicious food, fruits, vegetables, spices and there are many different restaurants with an international and Swedish style. Enjoy!

The market hall is not so big. It is nice to walk in around lunchtime and see the traditional Swedish foods on display, then look for a place to sit and order gravad laks or some other dish. Everything is nicely presented, fresh and tastes great. Perhaps a little expensive though, so just looking is an alternative option :)

This market has many stalls offering unique swedish food, snacks and drinks. We really didn't eat anything there since we went after eating breakfast somewhere else and were not hungry. It's a bit touritsy but a nice walk around to see the various dishes being prepared. Good for an hour or so.

Rated highly on Trip Advisor we thought we'd pay Ostermalm Saluhall a visit and weren't disappointed. A lovely indoor market with wonderful fish, meat, cheese and breads and if you're there at lunch time why not treat yourself to some fantastic local produce at of the many eateries. Thoroughly recommended.

I went to sightseeing the market and nice historical buildings. The market is very clean and many variety local food and fruits. please try to check the price of each food outlet because some might be quite expensive but it depends on your preference.

We researched things to do in Stockholm and being a bit partial to food we looked at Tripadvisor to confirm it was worth a visit. Now we would say it is a must! We had food from two different shops, took away food from a third and had coffee at a fourth. The selection and quality of food is exceptional.... More
