If you want to enjoy the best view of Stockholm, this is where you go. I travel a lot but when I come back to my hometown this is my go-to place. This is where I go to just enjoy the beautiful city, get an ice cream or bring some strawberries and sit on the benches watching the sunset. There... More

If you are an avid photographer, you must make sure to get up to Fjallgatan. The view if fantastic and you'll get some wonderful pictures of the city and the harbour. There are several nice cafes and ice cream shops.

A breathtaking view of the centre of Stockholm. We went at night and did some long exposure shots of Gamla Stan lit up. Tip: the location of this street is not where TripAdvisor currently shows it, it is south of the island of Skeppsholmen near Fotografiska.

If you visit Stockholm you simply have to make the effort of going to Fjallgatan on the island of Sodermalm. The views from here are astonishing and als, in the summer they have serve Stockholm's best ice-cream at the coffee place, Fjallgatans Kaffestuga.

Standing at Fjallgatan on a summer evening looking out over the central part of Stockholm and the Water, is simply breathtaking!

The view from here is one of the best in Stockholm, there are even a few places to have coffee on fjällgatan if you feel like a coffee brake. However, I would recommend coming here very early/late as it is a tourist trap!

Initially I thought the Fjallgatan is the place with only series of Sweden houses. I tried to find any iconic building from my canal tour but I was unable to find any behind the museum of Photography. On the last day in Stockholm, I was staying in Sodermalm and I decided to walk in the morning to Fjallgatan. I discovered... More

The view itself is nice especially if you happen to be there during the sunset. Apart from that, it is also a nice walk to get there by the sea. All in all, I would say that it does worth the case if you are willing to walk quite a bit. Jist to get an idea, it is approximately 30... More
