This was our first-ever experience in an Icebar - actually it was an Ice Box, everything being built with frozen ice at -7 degrees Celsius. Well, Laxmi - my wife - and myself got excited to enter the "Ice Box" with extra protective jacket provided by the Icehotel in Stockholm City. It was initially a bit scaring that we were... More

This was part of a shore excursion tour and probably not somewhere I would have wandered into on my own. But I have to say, it was fun because it was so extremely different. You put on a heavy parka that they supply and enter a room made entirely of ice. The chairs, the tables, and the bar are all... More

Located in the centre of the city, this bar is easily accessible and offers a variety of vodka-cocktails. However, it's not the drinks that is so attractive, though they are served out of ice 'glass', but the whole atmosphere. The temperature is -7 and the whole bar is made of ice, including a bench/a booth. They will give you a... More

Do not go here if you are into value for money, This is a place to go to pay about $30 for what will be about a half an hour's fun. Having said that it is great for a laugh and some neat pics, if you don't mind the cost and pure kitsch! We had reservations, but they kindly let... More

sounded like fun. Dress up in a parka - go to an icebar and drink out of an ice glass. Good for a picture. Expensive. I would go once but not again

It's a bar that is kept at 19f. They give you parkas and gloves. The admission fee includes 1 drink. It's definitely a unique experience and a must see if you have good company or want to meet new ones.

This was hyped as being a Swedish Glacial Ice Bar but it was just a really cold, ice-lined bar in a Stockholm Hotel. The ice cube glasses were cute but this was a big disappointment.

Although there is a lot of ice there is also a lot of mirrors, many of which were broken which detract from the theme. The drink we were given tasted like fruit juice and I was hard pushed to taste any vodka.
