I visited last years the old ICEBAR (from Absolut Vodka), now they build up into same building an new one under the coordination with the ICEHOTEL. The new one looks great, but it is as it is: a tourist attraction. Not a real bar where you can sit down several hours to drink something. Just to visit, maybe 15-20 Minutes,... More

We walked all over Stockholm and finally found the Icebar. Line was out the door, sign on the outside of building stated you needed reservation, either through the hotel or on-line. We did not end up staying, as it would have taken > 1 hour just to get in. Others on our trip said the experience was nothing terribly special,... More

We were very happy we went. It was a cool experience and the staff was awesome.....but I left kinda wanting more. I'm not sure what was "missing" but I was a little underwhelmed by it. Maybe I just had it built up too high in my head??? Drink was great. Inside is so cool, pardon the pun...like every other bar,... More

It was not quite what we expected. It is quite small... iced walls, ice bar, ice glasses. The drinks are tiny, but fine. I guess it is OK for a photo op, but a bit pricey just to get a photo. I think other ice bars have more to offer in other cities. I have heard of ice funnels to... More

This was a lot of fun ! Was very cold but great after walking around in the hot sun !! It is pricey but I felt worth it ! My husband hates touristy things, but loved this :) Book on line ahead of time and you save a little !

The place is pricey $$$ but on vacation and on our anniversary with friends, we had a blast! Drink a few and you wont feel the $$$ shaft! It was very nice and roomy inside. We sat in the little ice table and sang songs and drank, had fun!

"Yay, an icebar! How quirky & unique!!" And how right you are. But at the same time, it is definitely not worth the price. It cost my dad and I over 300SEK and that's with hotel discount. The drinks are 70SEK for a tiny shot, even the non alcoholic ones. It is virtually impossible to stay in the icebar for... More

Went with friends although it was a 'tad' expensive it was a brat experience....my only criticism would be if there were large numbers of visitors because there is not a great deal of room

We were there on an excursion from our cruise for about a 1/2 hour- which was fine. We really enjoyed sitting on the ice bench, drinking out of our ice cube glass, which we put on the table made from ice when we were finished. If you have the opportunity- I think you should do it- most likely not something... More

My Husband and i and some friends went to the ice bar on an excursion from our cruise ship.. I had read that it can be difficult to find and sometimes hard to get into on your own so we took a tour which included the ice bar... I can't tell you how much fun we had from putting on... More
