It's totally worth every penny and more! I went with a bunch of friends, and we had time for chatting and eating as we sailed. When you want, you can go to the upper deck and sit there, enjoy the fresh air and the views. Our guide Rebecka was really doing a good job. She has a pleasant voice and... More

All the hype about the Archipelago came crashing down after this tour. Nothing very extraordinarily beautiful. The boat ride was good but food on the boat was bad and expensive!

Lovely steam boat ride to dottingholm palace, traditional 1900 steam boat with good cafe with quality food and very friendly and helpful staff. Great day out to see the archipelago, fully recommend.

I looked at all the available tours before booking this one. I chose this one because the boat had character and it had a live guide (the others were all standard low tourist boats with recorded guides you listen to on head phone). Despite the chill we sat outside, they gave us blankets, so it was fine. The live commentary... More

We saw a different side of Stockholm and took an all day boat tour of the archipelagos (Thousand Islands Cruise). The staff was wonderful, food delicious and plentiful (coffee/snack am± lunch buffet; juicy chicken with sides for dinner); but drinks are extra (sodas, wine, etc.). We debarked on 3 islands with short tours and 15 minutes to explore on our... More

We set off at 9:30 for this 11 hour cruise. The day was well planned with excellent refreshments on board, a very informative commentary and stops at 3 very different islands. The food provided for lunch and dinner exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed seeing so much of the scenery by taking a vote. The guide also did a nice job letting us know what all we were seeing. Our only complaint was the wind made it very cold. There either needs to be more indoor seating or more blankets provided. They ran out long before we got onboard.

We were visiting Stockholm as part of a Baltic cruise and added this DIY excursion before we left home. Booking online was extremely easy and worth our time. I completely recommend including lunch or dinner with the cruise because a) you are assured of a good seat b) the food was extremely good c) we felt like we got special... More

We did an evening Archipelago Dinner Cruise with S/S Stockholm via Vaxholm and it was quite pleasant. The scenery is very beautiful. The meal was quite delicious and it was a nice way to spend an evening in (and outside of) Stockholm. The a la carte option was expensive with drinks but it was an experience which we enjoyed.
