This is an archive of modern Swedish culture. In this one building there are theaters, a film, sound and book library, two art exhibition halls, a model of Stockholm, a children's play room, and several cafes. The rooftop cafe is one of my favorite places to people watch in Stockholm. The cafe has well priced lunches and a good assortment... More

In fact you should start your Stockholm experience at Kulturhuset, get a map, write down your interests and make a list of priorities be in boat-tours, idiosyncratic fruitflies or quilting. Enjoy, celebrate your own unique interests. You can write down your desires and questions to tripadvisor and you will really enjoy your time in Stockholm.

Great place for people watching over a cup of coffee. The cafe in the 2nd floor has big glass windows to the square, also nice to watch the movement of the city.

It was raining, cold and damp that time when I've visited this place. I was roaming around to find food for my dinner. I discovered an uncle selling the buckwurst sausages which I've been drooling for days already. Almost 6 sausages of buckwurst which I ate together with the sandwich bun. It's very delicious. I was eating while standing because... More

I was here in February and it eas amazing. Not only there are 5 floors with different cultural areas but the view with the sunset is superb! I will be sure to return here.

This is a pretty interesting place. I went there on a Saturday and there was a snowboarding event. asically, they provided some "fake" snow, added some REALLY loud music and a lot of folks brave enough to snowboard down this ramp. I spend about 20 minutes watching

Read about this place in a travel guide where it was highly recommended but found it a bit dull and was glad we did it only because we had a couple of hours to kill and it was cold and rainy. The surroundings of Kulturhuset are not that nice it's seems like a gathering place for homeless and troublemaker ,... More

The Kulturhuset is situated in the middle of the city just next to Sergels Torg and Drottninggatan and is easy reach by bus and subway (T-centralen). It is many floors with both theater, restaurants, cinema, fika-places, exhibitions and a library. There are always something for everyone so take a look when you visit Stockholm!

We were here on a rainy day- and it's not worth doing if it's not. sadly, it was way to crowded, the gallery is worth a quick look but we had to wait forever to get soup and salad at the cafe panorama on the top floor. the food was good but the whole experience left much to be desired.... More
