Always new events and shows!

There's always new events and shows at Kulturhuset. It's in the middle of Stockholm, so the public transportation to this place is great.

I was here just for a short visit, but... I saw so many posters of theatre, cinema, dance, concerts & other things, that I thought "If I had a free evening, I would come here"!

As one of Stockholms most centrally located venues, Kulturhuset attracts all sort of visitors. Tourist can visit and enjoy a wonderful view from the top-floor. Either enjoying a coffee break or a lunch. I've had lunch at Kulturhuset many times for some reason. One thing I know for sure is that the food on the top floor is terrible and... More

In Kulturhuset, in the very heart of Stockholm, you have nice cafés for a snack or a cup of coffe, but you can also enjoy a game of chess och visit the library or the mostly free art exhibitions in the house, that also contains a theatre, Stadsteatern.

Nice place to rest at library, have lunch at Panorama restaurant, let the children run at library's maze (that's made for kids) and see interesting exhibitions. So many floors and always something going on here. All red toilets were also lot of fun - and clean too!

Kulturhuset and Sergels torg is the epicenter of contemporary Stockholm. It's very much a catch-of-the-day-experience. The content is always changing. Some exhibitions are mindblowing, other dull as a day in Oslo. What you do get is a nice view of the city, the opportunity to meet people you never see around the royal castle and a decent shop. Dare to... More

We enjoyed a quick bite to eat and a free exhibition of costume designs which was beautiful and funny (Army of Lovers - catch them on YouTube). A display wall of Puppet characters from various Marionette shows was intriguing and just a tad spooky (permanent display on the 3rd floor). There is also a viewing terrace at the top but... More

Kulturhuset is the place to be in Stockholm. Events, exhibitions, theater, cinema, it all happens there. Good café and shops also! If you are in Stockholm during the summer, the rooftop restaurant is a must. Great views
