No Stockholm visit without visiting Skeppsholmen, this very beautiful and peaceful area with good museums. If possible stay at Hotel Skeppsholmen. My favourite in Stkhlm. More

Close to the city but yet far enough to get away from the city noise, a must visit if you are talking a walk in Stockholm city center and are looking for a peaceful place to relax. Find a bench or a lawn, sit down and enjoy the view of boats cruising around. More

This is an exciting place especially during summer time. You can visit some museums, just walk around and enjoy the scenes. From here you can also access Kastellholmen but also you will have a wonderful view over Grona Lund and you can actully hear people when they are enjoying themselves with all the fun activities at Grona Lund.
