We spent a half day and had lunch in the place, It is simply a pleas ant delight to experience the garden with its wonderful sculptures both his own and the roman ones. If you like Rodin's museum in Paris, this is Sweden's equivalent. A must see. We will go back to experience the place in different seasons. We had... More

The tram line to Lidingo is closed at the moment. We tried to rely on the replacement bus but it wasn't clear where we should get off. If you're planning to go by public transport you'll need a local bus from Ropsten, but the timetables there won't give you any indication which one to catch.

Even in winter the surrounds are lovely and situated relatively close to city centre, easy to get to. The Gardens on the edge of the river added to the charm.

This is a very good place to visit if you want to escape the city for a while, especially during summer. A wonderful collection in a beautiful setting with nice views.

outside of the city centre and main attraction but definitely worth visiting. I love the specious garden with sculptures that is amusing in the summer or fall. the permanent exhibition is really good but their temporary exhibitions are worth checking up.

This is a very nice place! It is further away from the Old Town, but it's easily accessible and definitely worth a visit. The gardens are beautiful, in any season, and they were designed by Mille himself. They often have temporary exhibitions in the main gallery. It's a great way to relax and get away from the rush of the... More

This was one of the most beautiful garden museums I have ever seen. It almost seemed surreal. I went in early October and the sculptures looked gorgeous with all the fall colours in the background. I would love to go back someday.

Outdoor is another world, the real city is within the concept of the Milles couple that decided to create a surreal vision in a dynamic city, such as Stockholm. The incredible touch of the operas is a feeling you can have even in a cold winter. Must be seen.

This gallery was fantastic, one of the highlights of our trip. The statues were amazing and the layout and display was extremely well done. We had our car (Volvo overseas delivery) so it was an easy drive out of Stockholm. Well worth it and highly recommended!
