The garden everyone wish to have ! You can see here some beautiful sculptures mounted in a beautiful garden !to see the whole garden you need almost 2 hours and mind that it is almost 45 minutes far from city center.

There are some very talented people in this world, and the couple who created Millesgarden are certainly 2 of them. The amazing, interesting and some different sculptures in the garden, and the gardens were nice too. Also enjoyed the views of Stockholm from the garden . Loved going through the house/museum, all amazing, a wonderful collection. If you want something... More

It gives a strong impression of the creative force of the artist. The sculptures (mostly replicas of original fountain works) are beautifully hidden or exposed against the sky throughout the perfect garden. The tasteful mixture of vegetation and bronze, the exquisite roses, the large museum-house opposite the small cottage near the entrance, the omnipresent symbols of water and the view... More

This was probably my favorite "attraction" we visited during our week in Stockholm. I can't really say why other than I enjoyed being there.

A very interesting gallery that exhibits a diverse and thoughtful collection with regular change overs. but that's not all. there is the artist's amazing garden with unmatchable views of that side of Stockholm . When you have taken all that in, step into the house where he and his wife lived and worked. Wonder round the house and studio, and... More

Huge garden/museum with an incredible view of Stockholm from the outside part. Sculptures are very impressive and beautiful. The museum bit has some pretty old pieces and is very interesting and impressive as well.

Millesgården is a lovely and interesting museum located on Lidingö just outside the city. Here you get to know sculptor Carl Milles and also a little about his wife Olga, also she an artist before marrying Carl. Marvellous sculptures, breathtaking views, tranquil garden - be prepared to spend a couple of hours.

Highly recommended trip to Lidingö to experience the vistas and the sculptures of the Carl Milles estate. The sculptures are spectacularly displayed on the estate meant for he public to relax for an afternoon. The cafe is a wonderful treat as well.

Spent a wonderful day in Stockholm with friends and ended up with lunch at Milles garden - a long healthy climb but worth it because of the beautiful views and had a very acceptable cafe style lunch at the restaurant- can also be accessed from the road, but then you miss the gardens - hard landscaping and water features

Went with teens, toddlers and adults whilst the sculptures were great and hearing history was good the place lacks something and this is why i feel overpriced, yes it has a cafe, a garden but can't help feeling it needs something else maybe a maze behind the garden area something that will entertain the whole family as the kids got...
