Albeit everything is black and white or shades in between due to snowy winters, I totally enjoyed the landscape at Djurgarden. I come from a place with no snow and probably so, the beauty was 10times more astounding. I'm sure it would be more vibrant in summers but winter suits the place too. With the gulls and ducks quacking, water... More

Beautiful area where you can see museums, parks or just take a stroll in the park. There's so much to see and enjoy that you have to go more than once.

Must see in Stockholm!! The parts nearest the bridge can be a bit crowded so I suggest you take the bus (or walk) to the most eastern end of Djurgarden.

Lovely area, nice walk and boat trip. We visited Skansen twice (for the fireworks at midnight, the views and the experience) - definitely worth visiting!

My daughter and granddaughters hired skates for a very reasonable price and with no time limit. All the skaters were considerate of the little ones and we all had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

I took a long walk around Djugarden on Christmas day and albeit cold, it was absolutely wonderful. The paths were not very busy and you have so many options of where to go.

Wonderful park to visit, particularly in winter. Plenty of footpaths and places to 'get lost' at 10 min from the city. Great forest with also interesting seaviews. Don't miss it!

Just a short #7 tram ride from the city centre, we were on rented bikes exploring the bike paths of the southern Djurgarden section of the Royal National City Park. Three-speed bikes were 80 kr an hour near the park entrance, and the paths ranged in length from 4 km to 10km, with an excellent map provided, in English. Much... More
