So booked through our tour operator Olympic and got a private cab there and the coach back. Got through quickly waited 5 mins for the locker which I didn't think the was bad for 3€. Thought all of the water slides was brilliant never had to wait more than 5 mins for any of them. Sidewinder was my favourite. Food... More

We came on a trip booked from a travel agent in Stalis. The cost including transfers and entrance fee was 29 euros per person. We arrived at the Water park just before opening time so had to wait for about 10 minutes before we could go in. During that time we were given our wristbands. The wristbands enabled us to... More

Visited with my son, his wife and their baby. We spent most of the day near the kiddies area which was ideal for my 2 year old grand-daughter, we took it in turns to use the attractions. Was a good day out.

Here on a welcome day away from Malia. Great waterpark, virtually no queues and quiet when we visited. The band system was good meaning you dont need cash. The food was tasty, on the pricy side but good. Lifeguards helpful all but one who was exceptionally rude and incredibly grumpy.

Visited here on 16/6/15 and it was bizarrely very quiet. This meant that we barely had to queue for any of the slides which was a huge positive. My only fault with this water park is the temperature the paths got to, they became almost impossible to walk around on, especially the darker coloured ones. Apart from this I would... More

We went to the water city park just after it had opened for the season. We were quite impressed at the size and facilities. Your wristband has a barcode so you can leave all you valuables locked away in your own locker which costs 3 Euro for the day. The water is not heated so the first time you get... More

We visited water city with the kids this summer. Very close to the city of Heraklion and can be accessed either by car or by bus. It was busy as expected, however, the first kids pool was dirty and in the second there were tiles broken. In some of the slides it was very difficult to "slide down". They were... More

I loved Watercity!, its well worth the €25 entry fee. Amazing view from all the slides, the queues werent that long (if u do decide to go, I advise going on either a tues or a fri which is the main change over days so less people + less queue time = more time going on the slides!!) The place... More

I've been to many water parks in my lifetime (including Acqua Plus which I visited on the same holiday as Watercity a few weeks ago), and my 3* is not based on the rides, but on the attitude of some of the lifeguards (very rude) and the fact that there is NOT enough inflatable tubes to go around, bearing in...
