We visited water city with the kids this summer. Very close to the city of Heraklion and can be accessed either by car or by bus. It was busy as expected, however, the first kids pool was dirty and in the second there were tiles broken. In some of the slides it was very difficult to "slide down". They were... More

I loved Watercity!, its well worth the €25 entry fee. Amazing view from all the slides, the queues werent that long (if u do decide to go, I advise going on either a tues or a fri which is the main change over days so less people + less queue time = more time going on the slides!!) The place... More

I've been to many water parks in my lifetime (including Acqua Plus which I visited on the same holiday as Watercity a few weeks ago), and my 3* is not based on the rides, but on the attitude of some of the lifeguards (very rude) and the fact that there is NOT enough inflatable tubes to go around, bearing in... A lovely water park, 20 minutes drive from Heraklion, Crete. Few tips: 1. Try the colorful slides with or without the tubes (there are two of them). 2. Food and stuff are not cheap at all, if you are on a budget trip suggest you bring your own food and drinks with you. 3. My GPS couldn't find the place!... More

The park is cleaned and mostly well maintained. There is enough fun for kids and adults. No real extreme rides though. The "hydrotubes and freefall" attraction was in a really bad shape, the slide parts are not fitting perfectly therefore causing injuries. You can see the big scars on the backs of those who still tried. The rest of them... More

We came here to pass time as our flight was late at night and we had already checked out. It is up a hill and the views from the top are lovely. It wasn't too busy and we didn't have to queue too long for the rides. They are good fun although some of the park is a little dated.... More

This is such a fun place to go , the slides are good and there is lots of variety, if you want to take the slow pace then just hop into the lazy river and enjoy the ride , prices are ok , no different to any other theme park charges , food and drink choices are good , lifeguards... More

We got a taxi to watercity, hidden away right in the hills. Had to pay adult price for my 12yr old as they charge on height rather than age! Enjoyed all the slides and they were well managed by lifeguards but I did feel it was slightly dated. When you enter they give you a wristband that is scanned if... More

Booked a day out to the park through our rep. Park is a reasonable size but a whole day is to long, half a day is plenty. Lockers are available. No order to the queuing system. some slides are beside each other but nothing to indicate at the start of the queue what you are waiting for. Some slides required... More
