When we came to Copenhagen, we weren't sure there would be enough to do to fill the time we needed to spend there (one family member was on a business trip for 2 days in Copenhagen). This was our second day, and we were all still a little tired and wanted to see some sites without a lot of walking.... more

This boat tour is a great way to see the city. You can easily walk the city, and I recommend that, but on the boat, you see many of the sites, while sitting, enjoying the water and breeze! A great way to spend an hour. This is in my top 5 list of things to do in Copehagen. more

You should definitely do the canal tour. Netto boats also tour the canals and leave from virtually all of the same locations (Nyhavn, Christiansborg). Their boats are blue. The tours are the same, but they only cost 30 kroner (instead of 60 kroner). For a large family, $6 per person is a significant savings. DFDS does have some longer tours... more

It's a great way to experience Copenhagen. You see a lot of famous attractions, but you also get a look into the city life around the canals. PROS: - Guided (several different languages) - Drink service - Nic chilly on a hot summers day - Many attractions - start in Nyhavn (enjoy your lunch or a beer/soft drink CONS: -... more

I went on this tour in early April. It was a bit on the cool side and we seemed to get colder the longer we were on the boat. It's a great tour to get your bearings, but we ended up visiting most of the sights we saw from the boat on foot later anyway. It's not a very expensive... more

This was a thoroughly enjoyable trip which started at the Nyhavn, a particularly attractive part of the city, and took us to a lot of places we would not otherwise have known about. Takes about an hour and by Copenhagen standards not particularly expensive. I had some splendid video shots around the city which could not have been obtained on... more

Just like the other reviews, I found this an excellent tour. It gives you a different view of the city and a better focus on how the port is key to the city's development. It's an absolute must. There are a couple of different routes available - I recommend one that goes into the canal by Christianshaven - it's quite... more

The canal tour is a great way to see Copenhagen and so much fun too. Depending on the tide, you may even have to put your head down when going under the bridge. The tour guide gave great insights and you get too see so much, you can plot the rest of your stay. more

Really an amazingly great overview of the city and so lovely and peaceful as well. The canals had a lot of character along with the low bridges and really showed off most everything in the city. Especially if you don't have time to get out to see every thing individually, you can at least get a look at it from... more
